Re: Telling Others When to Take Turns
Right now I think this is the most interesting thread in GD. I've had a grin on my face whale reading the last 3 pages that wernt their 2 hours ago.
Re: Telling Others When to Take Turns
It is very hard for me seeing two players I respect very much in a situation like this. I wonder which will be the first to let this go. There are ways to stop this without going to a mod or e-tickets...
But alas pride will probably keep this topic going.

We were all drinking and she started flirting with all of us. Shawn went into the backroom with her, and like 7 seconds later, came out. Owen nudged me adn said "your turn". I will never forgive you for that Owen. IT WASN"T MY TURN!!! You knew that Shawn had a problem of vomiting during sex, and you sent me into that bile crusted creature. Don't ever tell me when to take my turn. You should have been next.
PS Yes, I hit that.
Um not sure I wanted to know that.... LMAO but funny...

this happens to me a lot. usually is a freemium, and if I let them know- hey, sorry, can't play rt, got a 2 year old - they are ok with it.
owen, i completely believe that you were stuck in traffic; I know you would never miss a turn on purpose. you were trying to prove a point, which I also understand as I hate those pm's about GO NOW PLEASE.
however, he did say he was sorry. why don't you both drop it. paradisecity - erase the neg, he didn't do it for strategy. owen dear...you are going to yell at me.
i know.

Re: Telling Others When to Take Turns
Why should I erase the neg. I never said it was for strategy, it was for deliberately missing his turn. I mean christ, it says it right there. I offered to drop it a while back, when this whole thing started, and all he did was ramble on about having 24 hours to take his turn.fwblb wrote:this happens to me a lot. usually is a freemium, and if I let them know- hey, sorry, can't play rt, got a 2 year old - they are ok with it.

Re: Telling Others When to Take Turns
Owen missing turns in a few games ended up screwing us out of points. I highly doubt that he would purposely do that. If anything I deserve to give him a neg but instead I understood the situation. It happens. I hate missing turns but I have done it before as well. Life, it happens.
When this thread was created Owen was commenting on the "situation" more than the "person". He left the person's name out so did myself and Coop. The three of us knew who wrote the PM but this thread was not about calling that person out. PC you are the one who brought the topic to yourself instead of leaving it just about when people get PMs about taking their turns. If Owen wanted to attack you personally he could have mentioned your name in the first post and brought this to Flame Wars, but hey he didn't.

Re: Telling Others When to Take Turns
I only read the 1st 2 pages, but my conclusion can be summed up as follows:
ParadiceCity9 is a whining git who takes this game way too seriously. Take a look at any of his game chats; particularly any of his 1v1 games that he loses. I even did the courtesy of taking him off my 'foe list' so I could find some hormonal-raged chats.
Game 2559891
Game 2569993
Game 2569848
Game 2569695
Game 2562717
Game 2561671
Game 2560136
I'd find some of the more juicy ones, but I lack the desire/time. Feel free to find more, its quite the opposite of a Herculean task. Back on ignore you go.
Also, to stay on topic: f*ck anyone who tells me when to play. Do that, and I extend the game as long as possible.

Re: Telling Others When to Take Turns
What does it matter if I complain when I get shafted by rolls? That's in no way relevant. And maybe you should get all the facts first. I said this earlier and have said it multiple times, and still no comment from anyone...:"It was a mis-articulation on my part. I'm man enough to admit that. I haven't been trying to say I didn't do anything wrong."El Capitan X wrote:I only read the 1st 2 pages, but my conclusion can be summed up as follows:

He DID mention my name, not in the first post, but HE is the one who brought my name into this quandary. Also, I'd like owen to show me where I said that his feedback was for strategy, and where I said I had a better education than he did, since he keeps saying I said those things.happy2seeyou wrote:Owen missing turns in a few games ended up screwing us out of points. And perhaps you should shape up your grammar: don't leave neg feedback for someone that hasn't broken the rules <--Fairly sure that should be 'whom'.
I'll say it again. I mis-projected what I was trying to ask.

It's such a joke that it was taken off. The feedback was deserved and owen knows it.

i fail to see the relevance of those achievements to this thread... though they may be impressive, having to brag about it does seem like an ego thing to meParadiceCity9 wrote:Not ego, those are actually true. Re: Telling Others When to Take Turns
and hey, just because i was correct about his feedback abusing the system and not being factual, doesn't mean i won the argument!!! don't forget that one!!! ha!!!-0

Re: Telling Others When to Take Turns
His feedback was indeed factual, but it wasn't a legit way to justify a neg.
Maybe if he substituted this thread as the reason behind his feedback
it would still be there. ha!
btw... I've never PMed a player with a "take your turn" but I have PMed
a player with "it's your turn" and it was no biggie.
So, remember to take your chill pills.

really? prove i missed my turn intentionally. and then show how i gained an advantage from it.oVo wrote:His feedback was indeed factual
i was killed the next turn and my team lost the game. i seriously want to see anyone on this
site prove that i missed my turn intentionally. you would need a gps tracker on my person and/or
on my vehicle... you can't prove i missed my turn, but you can prove i was not online at the time
of my turn...-0

I should give you a neg. I have a good reason to.
