So, let's see if I've gotten this right.

DaGip = Gabrielle
Gabrielle is a girl's name (Yes it is, otherwise it would be spelled Gabriel)
Therefor DaGip is a girl

Heb.1:4 "having become so much better than the angels." This is not by nature. But by exaltation at the resurrection. How can he be better than angels if he is an angel? He is the very one who created all the angels. (Col.1:14-17, Jn.1:3).

Heb.1:6 The Father tells all the angels to worship the son.

Michael the Archangel is perhaps the highest of all the angels. Michael is the only angel in the Bible who is designated “the Archangel” (Jude verse 9). Michael the Archangel, though, is only an angel. He is not God. The clear distinction in the power and authority of Michael and Jesus can be seen in comparing Matthew 4:10 and Jude verse 9. In Matthew 4:10, Jesus rebukes Satan. In Jude verse 9, Michael the Archangel calls on the Lord to rebuke Satan. Jesus is God incarnate (John 1:1,14). Michael the Archangel is a powerful angel, but still only an angel.

Just for fun because you had mentioned those guys that knock on people's doors on saturday mornings. I looked up those scriptures you mention in the "New World Translation" Copy right 1961, published by the WATCH TOWER BIBLE AND TRACT SOCIETY OF NEW YORK INC. (no idea why that would need to be capitalised.)

I especially enjoyed how they handled the second one.

But if his story has a grain of truth, then I can safely say that we've all met crazy people before; about this time last year, some alleged discharged (he admitted dishonorably) navy man insisted that Scottish Claymores (the two handed kind) weighed eighty pounds and were seven feet long. I have friends who have actually made swords, one of them is an amateur blacksmith and works as a welder. Between them and my own reasoning, I concluded that this fellow was a crackpot.

Mr. 2dimes, you are reading a Jehovah's Witness Bible. I have one as well, I also have an NIV Bible. Jehovah's Witness do not believe Jesus to be a god incarnate, much like the Muslims. Their translation of Scripture will tip toe around any such verses that might point a finger at Jesus being a god (of course Jesus wasn't a god, because he was a man. Why would God need to be a man? Sorry Christians, I have trouble swallowing this belief, I always have, but it doesn't mean that I am a JW...I am a JBLDM!)

The NIV is kind of diluted in my opinion but it doesn't seem altered. The watch tower one does. I only look up things in it to see how they differ from the other translations.

Yes, I am finding that out. I should purchase a KJV. I think once I said that was a bad translation, but it actually isn't that bad. You just have to like to read Shakespeare, that's all.
