I've read some of those, and don't entirely agree or disagree with it, but I want to be negative about the negativity, and hate on the haters.
But moreso I want to be positive towards those who are making a positive impact for those of us who play CC.
I for one, maybe I'm part of a less-vocal majority, really enjoy CC.
I really appreciate all the countless thousands of hours, largely thankless hours that a minority of people have put into this site.
Including the owners past and present, all the volunteers: mods, admins, those who have produced the maps, the tournament organizers, the clan organizers and leaders and so on.
This isn't a hugely profitable venture. The owner isn't getting rich off this. For him and everyone who puts/has put their time and talents into CC, this is somewhat a labour of love, a selflessness so that you and I can play and enjoy this game.
I thank you, one and all!
It's easy to be negative and write a few lines of disparraging text. It is much more noble and difficult to put the time, effort and talent into making this site what it is.
Stop discouraging those trying to make CC a better place. Appreciate, acknowledge and support those who do.
