This is true, and I've brought it up with other smokers too.
Basically there is not much of an initial high when one starts smoking. It is a drug that people choose to become addicted to mostly for social conformity reasons.
''All the cool llamas smoke, you should too!'' ...lol.
Of course once you're addicted you need the drug just to feel normal... avoiding withdrawal pains becomes the 'high'...
It's sad really.
