Yes it does make sense, but surely "adjacant station along their lines" tells you something doesn't it.
If MHD is adjacant to DSH (condition true) and there was a light gray slate line running between the two stations (condition false in this situation) then as it stands the entire condition is false.

I have to side with cairnswk on this. It states that "stations assault adjacent stations along their lines". The lines have different colours, so it should be clear that the colours tell you which lines are "their lines" and which are not.

Although the two colors are not so different I personally think that they are different enough to understand you can't attack from MHD to DSH.
Said that, take a note cairnswk, if many others have the same issue we can think about something to make it more clear.

Ah, tnb80 i think that should read above as being "can't attack from MHD (BJ) to DSH (B)" shouldn't it?
I really cannot beleive you would also say those two colours are not so different, because i will argue black and blue (or should that be gray and brown) that they are.
Still if it is causing everyone so much trouble i will place something in the legend notations top right to say
*MHD (BJ) cannot assault DSH (B)

Also a double line has been added, this does not affect gameplay, but is a graphical correction.

btw I had no problems also with the previous version, for me was really clear and I was able to distinguish colors eailsy. Just you never know what people can think or see. If I read that someone has issue with colors I have to look at the issue with an objective point of view and honestly, even if colors are really clear in the station, those maybe less distinct on the rail lines for someone.
I'm not asking you to add a note on the map, on the opposite I personally think is something almost foolish because it like say that if someone else has issue with another line you have to add another note, and then again and again...etc
It seems a little absurd to me that someone can complain about a thing that is purely imagination, the fact that the there's no connection between the two's is clear to me....BUT if I have to find (and I have) a reason for that...i would say that colors are less distinct on the rail line than on the station.
Maybe you misread my post cairnswk or maybe I'm misreading your reply.

I just asked to you to write down a reminder (not on the map

) and evaluate the possibility to add a note (on the map) if many have the same issue.
For me the map was fine as it was in the previous version

i like things black or white.
Either it is or it isn't.
At least now it is there. As much i too couldn't beleive the issue, it is there so there shouldn't be any probs

...until somebody comes and ask "what the double line mean" OMG

Looking at this again from my work computer, the B and J line colours seem a little more distinct than they did at home, so the problem may have arisen due to monitor variation and personal settings. Neither of those colours are terribly saturated, so with only the rails showing the colour and not the ties, it may require a more careful examination by some to see the difference. The L and G lines are even closer in colour but there are no multi-line stations to complicate things. Like as not, this would not have been an issue if one of B or J had had a strong colour, like the red of A, but I would not suggest a swap. Keep the Russian line "krasny".

I do wonder what the railroads would look like with coloured ties and black rails, but I do not insist on seeing it. They are quite acceptable as is.

I would agree with ender. The issue is a saturation issue. I said it in an earlier post that because all the colors have a pastel kind of theme, they can blend a little more than a typical color would.

Just noticed this, probably a mistake in the panel bob but the E. Chinese bonus is listed as S. Chinese. It probably is more southern than eastern, but that's a matter of opinion I suppose.
