Thanks for the 30%. It's definitely usable now, and I'm not straining to see the colors. Game on!

the reason is that it is the classic risk map...matt c. wrote:can we change it back to the first one? it is called classic for a reason. i don't like this one, it was worst than the last change

Useable, and much better than the 60%, but still a downgrade from the Classic we all know and love.
Shoddy job handling all this as well.

I can live with the new look in general but I've got to give the thumbs down on the legend, eh!
Well, to be more specific, is the color shadow under the continent names necessary?

I agree with everything Rozebud said.Rozebud wrote:Thanks guys...white 30 is much easier on the eyes than white 60
I still think an ever better solution would be to make all the countries much lighter colors...pastels....as in the some of the other maps...then no backing circles/shadows would be needed at all
At least you are trying to make improvements..and we all know that no matter what you do some people will complain![]()
I congratulate you most of all on the democratic way you handled this adjustment from white 60 to white 30

Though I think the idea might work, I doubt the community would let it fly. Notice the outcry from the slight brightening that happened when the touchup was uploaded (not of the army circles, but of the continent colors). Think of what would happen if we tried pastels!Ray Rider wrote:I agree with everything Rozebud said.Rozebud wrote:Thanks guys...white 30 is much easier on the eyes than white 60

i just find it annoying that all these people complain, AFTER it was released, most of the complainers never once went into the foundry topic, i mean it was announced ages ago, couldn't you have at least complained before it was released?
