Cena you also will need to explain what is up with trying to start a bandwagon on Wicked when it was quite apparant from her cold corpse and comments following the scene that she was actually protown.

Last night, a fellow by the name of "got tonkead" pmed me asking who he should kill. WTF eh? He CLAIMS that his pm was wonky and that he was actually a vig. Do you believe him? Well, after a few pms with him, I did, but maybe you guys won't and will stop this silly bandwagon on me. I mean, I'm a poor innocent bulletproof towny, come on

well what you would do in the situation...

you send a pm out and recieve a pm back that essentially says you are scum. Now given that youve made a mistake which you are amounting to a pm that was not clear enough, you pm the person back to apologize for the mistaken pm sent. You get a pm back explaining that you are again scum. At this point since id rather not be killed via a silly mistake on day 2...i ask that hecter at least do the ethical thing, and not divulge information that although incorrect, was given to him via a mistake in pms that could be attributed to mod error. He replies he will do no such thing and will try to take me down the next day.

The discussion continued for a few more pms. Given the situation i find it silly to suggest you would not have responded, or that i did anything that was that surprising, if not outside of the letter of the rules.

This is the first time anything like this has happened and i find it absurd that would claim otherwise.

So let me get this straight: you mis-PMed hecter a possibly incriminating message; he then responded calling you scum; you gave an explanation; he called you scum again; then you asked him not to say anything?

Well, if were you, I would not have sent hecter another message. I would have messaged the mod that you had mistakenly PM'd the wrong player, apologize (Iliad would probably be cool with it), and then if hecter said anything in-game, you deny the hell out of it. But hindsight is always 20/20. And I suppose no harm done to anyone but yourselves.

I say no modkill.

From my perspective it was looking like I was going to be lynched anyways. Not much of a difference between a lynch, a nightkill or a modkill IMO. Either way you're dead.

What I'm getting at, if I read correctly is that you sent hecter a PM, saying something to the effect of "who should we kill tonight", meaning that you're probably no a townie, if you get my drift.
However, if you were doing this simply as a cover up, it's a great plan bro, I'm not too sure what to believe though, so I'm gonna stick to my guns, and keep you as my vote.

its important to note there are situations where you could send someone a pm with that type of information and not be in a scum partnership.

I cannot make a judgment, because I don't have a copy of all PM's in front of me, thus not being able to make a decision of my own, I fall back upon someone who is normally very trusting, and since you've pretty well concurred with him, I can't really see any way around this.

Well considering that was hecters intial reaction...and considering he changed his mind by the time we finished exchanging pm's id wonder if that line of thinking is all that valid.

Frankly hecter hasnt been very mafia savvy in this whole bit.
