Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 2: Geography

Post by HottBunnie »

Look ive been laid up in bed sick, flu or something… which is probably why im not adding as much as usual, but, i dont think loose is scum 100%, but Charle just added a random power to his role. He knew he was on thin ice already. And the info he added wasnt even helpful. That theres a scum amongst the students… duh thats the whole point of this game! I wasnt on board before bc i thought well laybe we will get some info and even if it sux we can try to use it to sus out some other info. But now hes getting notes randomly? Thats not part of his power. And a history teacher when we are supposed to be good kids v bad kids… can someone at least say if they also got a non kid role bc wtf Charle. I mostly didn’t want to vote for trial because I’m still a little suspicious of DDS. But the only reason really that I’m suspicious is that if DDS was scum, they would be playing the perfect game right now and the main person directing all the votes. For instance, Max votes for him right away, and then Annie jumped on board as well as myself.. And then just low and behold the first two out are Annie and Max the first two that voted for him. And then he was so close to having a Charles vote until I suggested why don’t we go for loose Cannon? Now while I’m not clearing LC I think he made some strong statements and to put that on the line there to pull on a person’s heart strings if he is scum, he’s dastardly. In any case for right now I’m happy to leave my vote on Charles. I would also be willing to put a boat on the Dev. I’m not going back to LC unless there is something legit about their role that we should consider so really I would like to see a full claim there and then if I don’t like it, I might vote for it them but otherwise I’m not switching my vote back to LC unless we’re much closer right now.

Although now that I’ve written all this, I’m thinking both Charles and LC have matching stories at this point. Maybe that’s more suspicious. (a bad apple amongst the students) All right, fine I’ll say this if you guys can muster one more vote for LC I’ll switch my vote to LC, TRAF this would be a great time to get involved even just to vote. It would at least clear Dev momentarily who is on the LC voting block

No f'ing way. Maybe 5% chance of mod flaw at most although higher if a first time mod which rag isnt.
Rag would allow 2 in as maximum who could " breadcrumb" as diy masons by the flavoured vanilla.
I made this mistake years ago assuming I knew what Ragian had in mind for vanilla. Since this is "mostly" vanilla (angry teen), I can only assume that he's incorporated a role or two in here that aren't vanilla.

As for the rest of this...How is 5 townies unbelievable? 5+3 (PR)+3 (Scum). Scum already have a massive lead with their n1 kill as well, so I really don't know where this left field thinking is coming from. 2. I never definitely cleared Bunny and King, but I did Max. I've mentioned it several times in the past that he was cleared but I was ignored.
Loose Canon wrote: Mon Jul 06, 2026 12:58 pm And he gave me a role where my only power was knowledge of the number of bad guys at the start.
And by the way i lent into my flavour as maths prizewinning scholarship student way before any of the flowers dropped their petals.

Check it out.
If anything, this statement is just damning without an actual role claim. Even your breadcrumbing is worthless because you're not a vanilla townie. Again, if this is just for fluff/flavor, yeah, sure great, no one is going to know your actual role though, whereas people breadcrumbing walls and flowers and some such, like DJ did, it becomes more evidently clear. Congrats for thinking the exact opposite of everyone else though, I guess...Really a testament to Max for figuring it out.
Loose Canon wrote: Mon Jul 06, 2026 12:58 pm Im more nailed on town than any of the remaining 4 flowers.
You're really not...I'm not going to regurgitate why.

And before anyone else adds anything even more silly in regards to roles, here is how I imagine, in my opinion, of what it looks like:

The remaining two PR's are likely invest (Cop) and Doc. I'm not really into the idea of 4 PR's, would be a tad more difficult to balance in my opinion, but it's not outside the realm of possible.
The three scum are likely Goon, RBer, and a Godfather (who will show up as innocent on an invest, and can claim Wallflower). The reason why I don't suspect DJ whatsoever is unless he has precognitive foresight on what the Wallflower role was, it's like 99.99% chance it's not him. This is how I drew the conclusion Max wasn't scum either. This is why I really wanted others to try and at least mention it in some form or fashion. This is also why I don't fully trust King's bread crumb because it's incredibly broad and vague, whereas Bunny at least mentions it one time. Hjelp hasn't but he's actually contributing, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.
DDS 5 vanilla townies is not unbelievable. It is 5 vanilla townies with the ability to drop some petals to breadcrumb and so turn themselves into virtual masons that is virtually (incredible from an experienced mod)

And I have claimed an actual role Scholarship Student - from being a Prize Winner in Maths - only thing that makes me different from vanilla is I was given 3 baddie knowledge of game set up at the start with my role.
No other powers for me, no night actions - zilch.

There was a really early in the game post from me where I really leant into me role.

No please don't regurgitate - not even in the boys room - its still a f'ing mess.
(Even the LOOZER was me leaning into being actually a PriZe Winner.)

One perhaps two of the remaining flower vanilla's is not who they say.
That's what I think.
It doesn't fit your agenda though does it?

i fear we may be approaching a point where inactivity is going to do us in. we need 6 votes to lynch and most likely only have 7 good kids to get them from. that means we need a near consensus and almost full participation.

the problem with voting LC, as suspicious as he seems, is that there is a decent chance of being wrong. i'm not saying he isn't a bad kid.. but the chance of being wrong is greater than if we vote charle. and if we are wrong, we're down to 6 good kids needing 5 votes, and we're down one of the active students.

if the votes go that way, i will switch to vote for LC, because we can't go no lynch today with the double suspension we had during first recess. but i think the better and safer play for us is charle right now.

I can’t quote my posts, I don’t know why. Though I can quote your answer, made after my two posts. The first was about flower power (peace and love) and video. The second were blue eyes which refers to my latest explanation.

Spoiler
Cold, late night so long ago
When I was not so strong you know
A pretty man came to me
I never seen eyes so blue
You know, I could not run away it seemed
We'd seen each other in a dream
Seemed like he knew me, he looked right through me, yeah
"Come on home, girl" he said with a smile
"You don't have to love me yet, let's get high awhile
But try to understand, try to understand
Try, try, try to understand, I'm a magic man"
Winter nights we sang in tune
Played inside the months of moon
"Never think of never let this spell last forever"
Well, summer lover passed to fall
Tried to realize it all
Mama says she's worried, growing up in a hurry
"Come on home, girl" Mama cried on the phone
"Too soon to lose my baby yet, my girl should be at home"
But try to understand, try to understand
Try, try, try to understand, he's a magic man, Mama, ah
He's a magic man
"Come on home, girl" he said with a smile
"I cast my spell of love on you, a woman from a child"
But try to understand, try to understand
Oh, oh, try, try, try to understand,
He's a magic man, oh, he's got the magic hands
Oh's over top
"Come on home, girl" he said with a smile
"You don't have to love me yet, let's get high awhile"
But try to understand, try to understand
Try, try, try to understand, he's a magic man, yeah, oh
No mention of wallflowers. Don't know how anyone is suppose to connect the dots on this either.

Aside from this, I gathered this was just a joke phase anyways, and truth be told, didn't click/watch anything posted for YouTube anyways.
So if this is what you're referring to and calling it a breadcrumb, I'd hard argue no? It's just as broad and vague as KingM's. Were you banking on people thinking videos from 70's = hippies = wallflowers? That's...A hell of a reach, only thing I can think of.
And damn you for making me look this up.

If someone had posted this, I'd have cleared them immediately, it'd probably have given it away though.

Are we doing a literal definition of Wallflower? I'm not familiar with the term, but this is what I got:
A "wallflower" is an informal term for a shy, introverted person who attends social gatherings but stays to the side, observing rather than participating or seeking the spotlight. The term originates from a European flower that grows in the crevices of walls and cliffs
So by that, a guy singing about life, and having a good ol' time...Doesn't seem to be much of an introvert.
A song about a girl loving a dude that's older. I don't know how I'm suppose to draw the same conclusions here. You got a weird method of madness, but at least KingM's makes more sense now now that I've looked up the literal term for it.

Well, anyhow, I posted D1.
- Flower Power
- Blue Eyes
In the movie ”The Perks of Being a Wallflower”, the head character is having blue eyes.
And regarding my ”power”, I can participate in a lynch. That’s all there is to say.
I cannot be more precise.

I'm not gonna argue. It's a breadcrumb that i didn't catch, same as Kings initially, but if you posted it and it's there, not much I can do other than acknowledge. Thanks for clarifying.
So now that Kings and Hjelps breadcrumb makes infinitely more clear, especially the timing, i can put them town leaning more. So if I'm right, the list should look like this:

Town
Me - Drunk and dumb
DJ - Flower claim
KingM - wishy wash votes but i genuinely believe he's trying to help. Breadcrumb makes infinitely more sense now
Hjelp- Alot more consistent gameplay, verified breadcrumb, Im pretty comfortable putting him here now.
Bunny - Trying to drive the game forward, dig her gameplay, even if she finds me scummy, i can live with it. A grumpy bunny.

Neut but scum leaning
Traf - A catch up post but otherwise a non participant.
Homer - Been posting more, can't get a vibe.

Scum
Loose - Stated why
Charle - Fake claim with a new power, great
Dev - Follow the leader.

Im gonna add, even if with activity as it is, I generally not want to keep someone around, scum or not, based on activity. Charle is damning, sure and I 100% back it, I also think keeping Loose around just does more harm than good since he...
1. Posts contradictory posts or conflates everything. Anyone choosing to read it can be easily confused or just go off topic
2. His lack of voting/scum hunting really hurts. I think other than posting about his defense, he's mainly written fluff or nonsense.
3. I find the claim Scholarship Boy or whatever it is dubious, because he claims to know how many scum there are. I don't even know how that information is helpful when you can generally look at the player count and make an educated guesstimate. So, cross road is either he lied about it and is protecting his actual role, or the more likely, couldn't make up a believable claim.

In terms of Wallflowers, I believe that DDS is and I believed and can confirm Max.... The rest Im sorry but I cant. Here is a brief note of day 1 after my post.

I made my main crumb and the post following the wallflower drop and both HottB and Hjelp voted me missing the boat. Max Caught it right away and Charle tried to play along but called it a janitor, and later gardener, which is nowhere close. King missed it and voted me so I went against them. LC Missed, DDS Caught it and King further was confused and Hjelp was even more confused. DDS explained it and KingM played along saying they understood now. HottB still didnt catch on to the wallflower and pushed dds after DDS noted they understood the claim, Hjelp noted they unvoted because of DDS point 3 on my role but nothing else and kept saying they posted things but really didnt, Vote switched to charle and Annie, DDS, DJF, HottB voted Charle and LC dropped their vote from Charle when it was getting moving along, King joined making it 5 again, Hjelp pushed to 6, Claim History teacher, everyone dropped off charle and day ended more or less.

I think Charle and the teacher claim doesnt fit so they will be my vote. If there is more information I would gladly take it and who they targetted.
LC has a role I would believe but I am skeptical.
Hjelp keeps saying they said things, blue eyes and flower power but we were on a hippie rant and blue eyes doesnt tie and while language can be a factor, missed the whole flowerchild push and I dont know about them.
King - I missed the tie to their claim as well even rereading it.
Traf and Dev I dont have much

UNVOTE VOTE CHARLE

@President Reagan, is there a deadline set or not?. I actually missed D1s deadline announcement and I'd rather not wake up to a blunder. I haven't seen anything indicating it but would like clarification.

2. The rules clearly state about activity and a maximum leniency period of two days, could you please clarify if these players are actually returning? Is this now laxed? I get the subs is limited but for God sakes we got a few who only post like once a week. If not more.

3. I'll spell your name correctly if you answer these 2 for a month straight.

Back to the game... if we don't have a deadline, I'd like to use the opportunity to chase a different target.

Re DDS, DJF - both of whom seem to think or persist in saying Wallflowers are Town and therefore the stronger and earlier the breadcrumbs the more town you/they are.

I see such breadcrumbs in 5.

A power of Mafia surely has to be mod supplied fake claim(s) of wallflower or just mod notification to mafia that there are wallflowers, otherwise;
1. surely flawed game - 5 DIY masons

2. I was given game set up information as my non-Wallflower but otherwise vanilla town role.
I thought that was filler info thats useful to know at any point of the game the ratio of town to bad guys left. I didn't disclose D1 although I initially thought was going to because everything was overtaken by this wallflower stuff, which DDS was all too happy to push, that came after his "probably not Max". He then gloated he knew it wasn't Max which only a mafia can "know".
Giving me the game set up says to me Rag was making me conscious of importance of game set up in some way. Therefore I conclude not all wallflowers are town.
DDS doesn't like that because it doesn't fit with his pushing all wallflowers including himself are town agenda.

I can't go anywhere during breaks past or future because if I do and there's any watching or tracking or motion detecting etc on me I'm AI Mafia.

Thing is the hiding wallflowers can't either BUT they can bluff that they are not worth watching or tracking or suchlike.
And a mafia hiding as a town wallflower has free rein to send anyone who's not a wallflower and therefore has a power of some kind to the principals.
With 3 mafia 1 or 2 of the wallflowers being in the AI mafia is an inference that I think can be given a high level of confidence.

SEPARATELY I do want to know whether Charles claimed role has any town utility, because I don't understand what it is from what he has said.
Does Charle say he sends in a break action/request to Ragian each break - if so what does Charle say he asks for?

FP'd by DDS

Actually DDS do you really believe all Wallflowers are Town?

Ok, i finally had time to catch up.

So I think we can assume some of the Wallflowers are almost comfirmed town, unless scum got access to their rolenames and could easily followed the breacrum. unlikely tho.

Charle claim definitevely has a poor claim and seems all over the place, less consiten as when he is town and plays with a strat, so feel like my vote him, but don't want to rush the vote, that has costed town in the past.

LC. Also some confusive play, but sometimes he is like that, but the no preassure claim + som other things also got him high on my scum list.

Dev quite inactive but I can't say anything about that.

Kingm claimed he folle the breadcrum, but everyone could do that and at the begginig if he had the whole text would not be hard to do so and it took him a while. then saying boring as in also in also vanilla and the power to vote seems not enough

DDS carrying town, but here is the hero to help him send the baddies to the principal room

Great Traf, late to the party, not late enough to drink all the booze, add to the mess all over the place to be cleared up, won't be seen again for days no doubt.
But thanks anyway always a pleasure and an honour to be graced by your presence.

Charle has to clarify his utility and how his role works.

Regarding the janitor thing in the first place a townslip confusion from what DJF said, and interpreting that as DJF claiming gardener, and confusing gardener with janitor particularly if Charle has a non pupil role is what I read that as.
Someone once said scumslips do happen - they are rare and I've never seen one on Charle's scale if a scumslip.
Townslips on the other hand are very common and mafia jumps on these and exploit them all they can.
DDS jumped in and made me very uncomfortable with his vote on Charle D1.
Instinctively and quickly I got off of the Charle vote in reaction.

DDS says I haven't been scum hunting.
Does not challenging him count?
