Both just played Game 3 of the second round. There is still a lot of hockey to be played before the finals. An injury to Anderson and all of a sudden the Penguins get a very easy series. We know Chicago is capable of going 11-0 which would run the whole playoffs. Boston is looking strong against New York, and L.A., the defending Cup champions are looking good against the Sharks.

At 2-1 it's still way too close to call for any series, let alone put a 7th seed in the finals.

Two games later, as the Wings take a 2-1 series lead, you're putting them in the Finals. Both Detroit and Pittsburgh could still end up losing this round. As a Wings fan, I will not be comfortable about this series unless we win it. Chicago is too good a team to dismiss.

Prior to this season, Zetterberg hasn't been afforded the CHANCE at winning the Stanley Cup as a Captain, because during his career here, Steve Yzerman and Nicklas Lidstrom have been captains; ever here of them?
