What's to stop some random idiot who didn't read the thread from hammering before Iliad has the chance to kill? Don't forget, Flores is at L-1, so someone could just come along and hammer, ending the day.
Note: Please disregard my post here. I unvoted, pushing Flores back to L-2 and making the post I made a moot point. I am in favor of Nate's idea now that my concerns have been alleviated by my unvote.

Day one ruined by a jester.. day two ruined by flores sulking.. sighh

Nate your idea makes no sense. We can't lynch someone and then do anything. Day ends as soon as the lynching vote has been cast

lol, skimming? I thought he was a night killer, i forgot he was day, which i mentioned a couple posts ago, which is why i say we find someone else for him to kill before we lynch, but the days are closing in and fast so we need to do it soon

The only person we need to convince is Iliad. Thereafter we can discuss candidates. Whether this results in a lynch today or not is less important than the reactions we get to her death or the next nomination.

Vote militant

He has only posted twice this whole game. While I suspect the mafia scum have all spoken occasionally, maybe he is an overcautious third party scum.

Should we have Iliad kill Militant for not posting, or should we have MM replace Militant?

We don't have much else to talk about at the moment, and we have to do something, because the deadline is fast approaching. As the deadline gets closer, I will re-cast my vote, because 2 "lynches" may be good and all, but we have to make sure we get at least one. Iliad hasn't posted lately, has he even been reading the thread?

Now would be a good time to utilize that kill, Iliad. Either FDM or mili, IMO.

Oops...

Richard's kill senses were tingling again. Quickly he looked at the members of the drawn, and picked the oneUns that was annoying him most. Unsurprising, he picked Elan (Flores). Being far too happy, loud and useless, all at once in Richard's undead eyes, he burned him to a crisp with a fire spell. Of course, unlike his evil twin brother, Elan was clearly not on the mafia side, and again the town looked upon Richard with looks of disapproval.
Richard ignored them, and went back to playing with his pet bunny.

FloresDelMal - Elan (Bard) has been killed!

Day 2 continues! And you have roughly 24 hours.

Vote: Militant

There's not much else I can do at this point. We've got less than 24 hours left in Day 2.

First off Fos anyone trying to lynch an inactive, we should get them replaced in case they are a power role. Only if they are actively lurking then it is scummy.

Bards are music-makers. Elan is annoying.

Also, are we gonna kill militant?

Ok, that makes sense. Unvote. For future reference, the people who voted for Militant due to inactivity are: Nzen, Stroop, Ga7, ace1217, and me.

Pmc, if you are going to quote an EBWOP, you should also quote the post that the EBWOP was referring to, otherwise you are quoting out of context. Yes, it is scummy to change positions like that, but you should at least show why Drench voted for Flores, so that the town can more easily examine Drench's reasoning rather than assume Drench voted for Flores for no reason. Here is the post Drench's EBWOP was referring to:
Drench wrote:Back and reading.

However, I did read the last page quickly, and Flores is quickly digging a hole for herself. I mean:
as usual my conquer chauvinist take the easy way out bandwagoning the only woman at play who make no excuses for point out your lack of vision ^^
What is that?
You are being bandwagoned because people consider you to be scummy.
This. I didn't know you were female until you happened to say it. Migods, this is a Mafia game! You have been scummy, therefore people are voting you!
Do not forget that I wield the difference between the life and death.
Am I missing something here? Or is this a funny? If it is, I dun gedit.
Apparently, Drench voted for Flores because he thought Flores was "digging a hole for herself" after Flores responded to the bandwagon on Day 2. Though it could just be a reason to bandwagon an innocent, I'm not fully convinced Drench is scum. I do find the contradiction pmc pointed out somewhat scummy, however.

Though I'm not completely convinced Drench is scum, it is our best lead, and putting pressure on Drench will generate more information for the town. Vote: Drench

There is an outside chance that militant is a power role. I think it unlikely. Players with power roles do limit their posts to forestall the attention of scum & lynches. Scum know they can't lurk without suspicion. Some players who receive a vanilla town role, in contrast, decide to deadbeat (in protest/disappointment). I suspect this is the case.

Pmchugh allows that "active lurking" is suspicious. I am not sure whether this involves silence in the face of scrutiny or silence despite site presence. I invite you to use your personal requirement against his record:
militant wrote:(Mon Feb 23 p) Confrim
ga7 wrote: (Tue Feb 24) Vote Masket err crap. Vote Milifor cheating on us
icedagger wrote:(Thu Feb 25) Vote mili as I haven't done so in a while
(Thu Feb 26)
And thats sufficent reason, is it?

(Fri Feb 27 militant quotes ga7 &Its Bolt had just claimed)
How did I cheat on you?
Regarding the last post: The warning doesn't really make me think Bolt is town
Its Bolt wrote:(Sat Nov 29) I would say the best people to lynch over the next few days are FDM, / and mili. You should have at least two anti-town players in there.
(Sun Mar 01) And your reasoning, good sir?
The last is three posts below Minister Masket's flashy obituary for Its Bolt. That's all he has written. My initial guess was that he can only respond to accusations but four people have voted for him since then. He hasn't been absent from CC:

Tournament Game 4313273: CC Olympics 2008 - Fencing Group 2
2009-03-05 16:14:26 - militant eliminated trigger467 from the game

Game 4290017
2009-03-09 13:19:36 - militant won the game

Tournament Game 4313266: CC Olympics 2008 - Fencing Group 2
2009-03-12 12:53:02 - militant receives 3 troops for 3 regions
2009-03-13 11:59:31 - militant receives 3 troops for 2 regions
2009-03-13 13:08:28 - Prankcall eliminated militant from the game

Tournament Game 4313256: CC Olympics 2008 - Fencing Group 2
2009-03-14 13:57:57 - militant eliminated Telvannia from the game

Players with post restrictions save them for critical statements. militant has only said "why me" three times. He has had ample opportunity to comment during the three lynches. His profile says he has been present 100% of his turns. I don't know how else to show he is 'actively lurking.' militant is either a childish vanilla townie or a submarining scum (cult leader?) banking on our inattention.

Militant probably needs a prod, then, if he's been active on CC but not in this game.

Yeah sometimes people play games and forget about or get bored of mafia. By actively lurking i mean he is reading through the thread is kept up to date on it but doesn't post to avoid suspicion.

Deadline passed with no-one remotely close to a lynch. I wonder why they call it a "dead"line?
