I did a search on the clue you gave and Naked Lunch popped up, but I wasn't sure. Guess I've got to read the book or see the movie now

Yes, although I don't recall finding it particularly good... it almost seemed like as much as it talked about drugs, you needed to be on them to make sense of things.
