Links to Game 7 and 8 results are now posted in the archives, along with a new RPI updated heading into the Game 9 set. Wichita State (8-1) is the nation's new #1 team, while #4 Marquette is the last remaining undefeated squad.

Looking to get results posted for Games 9 and 10 later today and to get the Game 11 set sent out late tonight.

All right all...the GAme 11 set marks the start of league play for the Big East, Big-10 and Pac-12, so all of those games have been sent along with action (earlier in the week) for the Diamond Head Classic and Cable Car Classic holiday tourneys.

I got a few games out on the rest of the Game 11 set, and will try to finish out sending Game 11s throughout the day on the 23rd...good luck and Merry Christmas.

And yes, the Ivy is a basketball beast again...toughest league last year and so far this year it seems.

Whoa! The Bulldogs are liking the rarefied air of the top ten at the moment. It's a great Christmas present.
Traveling the last two games on the road the Bulldogs are coming home with a loss against Brown and a win against Baylor.
Game 11 is at home but it isn't going to be easy. Coach Gameplayer has his UNLV Rebels running well and went big with the jump ball off the start (making first turn in all three games) Coach Dub has faith in his boys though and knows that the Christmas Spirit will wok for them to make it a happy New Year!

Are there any penalties for missing turns? I've had 2 different opponents miss 2 turns each only to come back at the last minute to take their 3rd turns instead of being kicked out.

I think the penalty for them is that you got to play without having anything conquered for two turns ... often leads to an extra placement or two ...

Standings and scores are updated...Marquette is not only the last unbeaten team in the tourney at 12-0, but has also climbed to the No. 1 spot in the RPI, so congrats to ubcman.

The possession arrow and officiating have destroyed Toledo's run in the last 2 weeks up to the break. Expect them to drop from the rankings ...

Haven't had a chance to do any write-ups. Hell, I have barely had time to take my turns. Hopefully, I'll be back strong after the break.

I guess the Golden Eagles have something to prove after losing 94-60 to Butler in The Final Four last year.

Marquette was a very strong 32-8 last year. But I think what is helping them to dominate even more this year is the switch to the Conquer Rome map. That map is headache for the run of the mill CC'er.
