im going to assume this, but i think USA wins game 303531 because norway hasnt shown up, and i assume USA was not suposed to join until norway joined.

It doesn't matter which way round you join, as long as it is in teams

If you mean qualifying for the Knockout Stage, you are not completely correct. There are still 3 games left, since teams have to play on eachothers home field.

Forfeit done. That makes kazakhstan the only undefeated team after 3 rounds, however there are several that won their first 2 games.
