I like idea of each tourny once a year. But I would suggest that people who played in this tourny have rights to choose teams they already played with. So if someone decides to take red star and submits his proposal before me, and I decide to come back and play this tourny again I would get Red Star. And if there would be greater interest it would be good to have some qualifications rounds.

The members playing CCECL 2007 shall play in CCECL 2008 with the same footballteam (if they wanne join) as now.
All footbalteams of this year will get a pm first if they wanne join. And then I will make a new Topic of CCECL 2008.

I think thats fair.

In this European tournament there a two members who aren't European citizen....

This is my mistake, but this is exactly a European tournament for European citizen only....

What must or can we do with it? Or mus't we do anything?
