well i think for instance we have to set some parameters about what is going to count here. If your not counting a double use for breasts or orfices i can think of probably....

one orfice, breasts, hands, mouth, maybe a wrapped up fin of some capacity for 5, but there have to be more clever things to do there i suppose. For the reverse

two orfices, feet, knees, and mouth. Ive seen tshirts that have such images so im assuming it counts. Since I cant be sure about the top half really getting 5, i see see 4 normal and 5 reverse.

And obviously i missed a bunch there.

you could presumably count both.

google the appropriate term, you will see right off the bat that urban dictionary defines it, and therefore it should count.

Eyeballs obviously cant count because well, there are logistical difficulties and obviously it would have to count for both.

i tried to respond to the exit only zone comment and realized it wasnt classy so i let it go.

Anyway back to the places in which we can get busy with mermaids. I second medefe's complaint about aestics regarding skull oriented issues.

Furthermore allow me to propose that in terms of utility apparently the knees can work for both parties, giving it an improvement that i cannot see in the reverse. I mean what exactly is using your armpits going to do for the bottom one? Presumably the fish head cannot have a smell fetish.
