If you make people have to end, they will end with a half a second left, what's the difference.

The difference is they will not get the double turn which was specifically taken out back when there were 2 freestyle types and they combined them to one.

If those of you who have been around long enough to remember there used to be 2 types of freestyle games. One with double turns and one with out. The site went through some changes and they decided to take out the double turn freestyle because they thought it was unbalanced.

My whole reason for bring this up is because I think it is a bug and I think that people are abusing it for their own gain.

It's strategy. I'm a rather fast player, and for my favorite gametype sometimes the best option is to run out the time. You'd understand if you played freestyle speed games often.

It's strategy. I'm a rather fast player, and for my favorite gametype sometimes the best option is to run out the time. You'd understand if you played freestyle speed games often.

Sorry running out the clock is only good for beating up on noobs. Really good example to set for all the players learning.

I also agree with the OP and I play casual freestyle all the time. Yes sure we might all double turn once in a blue moon, but some people do it all the time, and thus make the game far less enjoyable. P.S. Before you flame me, check my map rank with freestyle and esclating... If you are the last to play no way in hell you should get to go first.

We were merely sergeants against some of the top players of the site ( one of which is actually a multi, LOL ), so I was proud of our effort in standing up to some of the top players on the site. Since then... wow, it amazes me at how much better we have become. You can see for yourself that me and ManB have come on leaps-and-bounds thanks to that great experience against Karel and Jeff Fred. You my friend will never understand what it means to win a real game. Until you beat some real people and can keep your score without getting reset then come and talk. Next issue, why double turns are still allowed. They are used for nothing but general farming and or abuse of the game. In speed games it is less of a problem since you are all around but in casual freestyle it is a much bigger problem.

A quick look at your last 100 games shows you have played 0 colonels and only 2 majors. The first major won vs you and the 2nd team game is still going. Don't you think you should play people of your caliber rather than lesser ranked people. Do you really have fun double turning vs ?'s in 1 vs 1 games? or even playing them? Within the last 100 games you have played nobody over major.. there was no colonels, brigs, or generals. The fact you play a ? in seq makes no difference at all. You know those points are so easy. In fact the last one you played dead beated. Please do not tell me those guys put up a good fight. You would double turn on any one of these lower ranking players if you felt in danger of losing to one of them. Your Map rank means nothing as we all know logs are missing, and it will never be accurate. Moving aside that your EQ rank is rather pointless also since you are a recent new colonel. You will not keep colonel or your EQ status one for long. If you play colonels you will lose your hat trying to keep EQ. If you play lesser ranks that EQ status will turn into Noob farmer. You sir are one of the main reason's freestyle gets a bad name. You defend double turns, abusing noobs, and the like. Not everybody is such a bad player they must foe people to keep that rank. P.S. Klobber foed anybody who beat him also. LOL


On Subject I wait for the day Lack takes away the double turn. Will be sweet to see it in place.

Like I said.. I cannot wait for lack to put a stop to double turns. Heck I would even be for the removal of Clickable maps. Those Pre CM days were lots of fun.
