You're lucky I am not the type of guy to hold a grudge.
Maybe in fact it is you just trying to get me out of the game because you're a vamp and just hate us townies.

I love the counter scum tactic. fos squirrel and stokem. Trying to shift the attention by blaming each other.

I don't think you want to get in the middle of this. My personal vendetta to see the annihilation of all vamps does not keep me from removing all obstacles from my path. That includes mister colors-of-the-rainbow and your furry-tailed little friend too.Skittles! wrote:I love the counter scum tactic. fos squirrel and stokem. That sounds a little odd...I mean it is a newbie game, but still..."removing anybody in my path" isn't something I would expect another townie to say.strokem1257 wrote:I don't think you want to get in the middle of this. Ok. I may not be your ordinary townie that you would expect. I have only read through about half of one mafia game so I am not entirely sure how this whole game works or how I am supposed to "talk like a townie". . . maybe you could give me a few pointers on how it is done? The Fuzzy Pengui wrote:That sounds a little odd...I mean it is a newbie game, but still..."removing anybody in my path" isn't something I would expect another townie to say.strokem1257 wrote:I don't think you want to get in the middle of this. Maybe by not posting things related to spilling blood, midnight snacks, getting rid of anything in your path, etc when we're in a vampire game. Although it very well could just be in fun, mafia games make people paranoid very quickly. Besides, we are supposed to work together as townspeople, not go through whomever (whoever?) it takes to get to the real problem.strokem1257 wrote:Ok. My vote will stay for now, simply because I'm not completely sure I believe you. Like I said before, it is a newbie game; and most people here know I've made my fair share of mistakes...I'm sure it won't take much convincing for me to unvote.

Ok I will try to keep the vampire joke related posts to a minimum. I didn't know people would get so offense right off the bat. and besides us sergeant 1st class's need to stick together. The Fuzzy Pengui wrote:Maybe by not posting things related to spilling blood, midnight snacks, getting rid of anything in your path, etc when we're in a vampire game. Strokem, this statement pretty much sums up all of mafia. Everyone is paranoid that anyone else could be mafia and will call out any sort of clue that they see, no matter how trivial or useless. You can post whatever you want in these games, but whether you are scum or not, you are gonna want to watch what you say carefully or else it will come back to haunt you.The Fuzzy Pengui wrote:mafia games make people paranoid very quickly.
Mafia isn't so uptight that you can't joke (just talk to fircoal). You just have to be careful how you do it.strokem1257 wrote:Ok I will try to keep the vampire joke related posts to a minimum. I didn't know people would get so offense right off the bat.

Thanks for the advice. I am sure it will come in handy if I decide to continue playing this what seems to be a very addictive game if you let it be...
Re: Vampire Mafia for begginers- Day 1.
so now a quick newbie question
are the vampires the mafia or third party?
or do we know anything at all?

Hmm, Fuzzy Penguin seems to have a valid point... not enough to act on, but definitely worth a FOS at strokem1257

Uh, I think they are the mafia... since the title of this is "Vampire Mafia for beginners" and yes PMC I spelled it correctly, spell check never lies.

Re: Vampire Mafia for begginers- Day 1.
idk, I could be totally wrong here, but I think he might actually be a vigilante-townie, or something like that. the whole "I may not be your ordinary townie" thing makes me think he just made his own role claim. I thought that what Mr. Squirrel said was suspicious. So, im keeping my vote, but i will put an FOS on Strokem, just in case i am wrong. The Fuzzy Pengui wrote:Maybe by not posting things related to spilling blood, midnight snacks, getting rid of anything in your path, etc when we're in a vampire game. A cowboy saying he doesn't eat meat... hmm That seems mighty suspicious. In every westerner i have ever seen, i don't believe I have ever witnessed a vegetarian cowboy. you wouldn't see John Wayne just eat cabbage and oatscowboyz wrote:Too much on the rare side...
