New count is 8 - 16... didn't feel we'd been doing this badly, I think we have a handful of wins getting dragged out... I hope

I do know we lost a lot of our map experience with the split. Compared to yall, we were helpless on King's Court, All Yo Base, and Hive... nice of yall to play all of those twice

But as you say, after batch 2 it should only be a handful of games in this

you guys look like you virtually have it, unless we can pull off a miracle in about 8 games lol. I think as a clan, after the split, we lost a lot of map diversity. This will surely be something we're gonna have to fix, because hive, conquer rome, kings court, lunar war, salems, and several others we have virtually no experience on. You guys definitely exposed that weakness very well and used your map depth to bury us!

Does anyone else wish the OP had followed the rules and put everything in the first post? That way we could actually SEE the score update that is being done in the title of the 2nd post?

They recognized that we are playing with a currently crippled clan, finishing off obligations that the now-PACK clan started before they abandoned us, and playing at the seed and with the rank that our current members haven't yet achieved for themselves. It was a good war, ACE was polite and humble in their ass-kicking, and some of the newer players got some experience playing against great teams; it doesn't have to be a close war to be a good one.

Well said lanyards, you've always been classy. And to the rest of your clan, I hope you guys are back up and running smoothly, we do know that you guys were in quite a rough position at the time of this challenge.

Couldn't have said it better , Lanyards! It's been a real pleasure playing against ACE. You certainly DID provide a great challenge for our newer members (and us!)

- they now have a bar that they must reach!!

When we return to the fray in a couple of months we hope to have a tight unit that will really start to carve a niche for itself, and with that in mind, may I reserve a re-match for this time next year?
