Passion of the Christ was about JESUS (refraining from a life altering insult here). How YOU can say it doesn't fall into a religious category and GAY COWBOYS doesn't fall into alternative lifestyles shows your complete ignorance and the possible revocation of your right to breath!
So hmm.
Cowboys aren't as much as they used to be. People are called cowboys cause they live on farms now and wear the stereotypical stuff.
Jesus, oh man, he's got some believers.

Religion is taught in schools and its Christianity, not religion. If It were religion they would teach others, rather than just the one the state has accepted.falcon wrote:There is no religion taught in school, the chances of one in 10 kids becoming homosexual is absurd, sarcasm is a tool for those who have no real arguement so don't use it, and your point about R rated movies is backed up by no proof and comes from a decidedly biased perspective.Skittles! wrote:
Yup, that's why they teach religion in schools. Sure, they can teach religions in schools, but not different lifestyles. Yeah, that makes sense.
I'm sure about 1 in 10 children in that class would become homosexual anyway. And yeah, Religion really boosts up your morality, and homosexuality just decreases it.
And you Americans have way to many R rated movies.
I dont have the actual stastics, but 1:10 dosent seem to extreme to me.

Yes, that's in your religion.
But with Judaism, they don't believe Jesus was the Messiah, but they believe in Yahweh, who is God.
With Islam, they believe Jesus was a Prophet, but he is still not more highly believed than Allah, who is God.
Christianity, as you know, believes Jesus is God. But the other Abrahamic religions don't.
So add that up, God has more believers than Jesus.

Sarcasm and large amounts of expletives serve the same purpose: to slam an opposing view point with offering an credible response yourself.

Now that you clarify it yes in that sense God does have more believers than Jesus. Though there are others that believe all religions that believe in a supreme power actually believe in the same deity.

Or does God have the holy power of contradictorialness?
I also notice that His almighty powers allow him to trancent the normal grammatical laws.
Ok, ill stop now.

The concept of the Holy Trinity is one of the reasons I am agnostic. Yes, it is contradictory at first sight but the concept does make sense from the point of view of Christian Theology. And technically God would have the power of contradictorialness since he is believed to be omnipotent and would also allow him to transcend grammatical lawNeutrino wrote:

Its like saying I am myself and my own father. Aside from making me rather inbred, that is tehnically impossible.
Anyway; back on topic. Why is Christianity allowed, when Brokeback Mountain is not?
