The 3 losing players all lost in the same round so tyhey had to play again.

If necessary players will also be compared on the number of terminations, then number of rounds survived in the phase in question.

In future I will add that finishing positions will also be compared (just in tie-breakers), so that the last player eliminated qualifies if this situation arises again (although it is rare). thus avoiding a further tie-breaker.
