Four players -- ancessus, Ghosteagle, fiction, and Koganosi -- missed their first invite into their first batch of Phase 3 games.

In addition, Little Witt missed his invite, which is actually a good thing, because he's gone freemie and I should have dropped him from this round anyway. The part of Little Witt will now be played by eternal shadow.

All of the above joined on the second try except for ancessus. Reservist westbo is called up to active duty.
