Hmm... that Loose Canon knocked me out of the Opening Ceremonies in Round 2, 4 games to 1. He's really good. Honestly, I would be excited to get the silver!WingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:Ffraid has a real shot at a platinum! COME ON MYSTICA

So you get 11 here, and DK can smash out the rest.
We also have quite a few opening ceremony ribbons to collect.

Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
As far as the ribbons.. do we get 1 for being in EACH tourney, or 1 for just being in the Olympics?...
I was in several tourneys but only received 1 ribbon for the Closing Ceremonies

Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
Yes, you can get multiple tournaments, but not every Olympic tournament offered ribbons. I see you were in some of the smaller Olympic tournaments like Glow-in-the-Dark Archery and Atlantean Water Polo that didn't give ribbons.Beast Of Burson wrote:As far as the ribbons.. do we get 1 for being in EACH tourney, or 1 for just being in the Olympics?...

Also, check if every tourney you were in is finished. Ribbons won't be awarded until they're all done. I see you're in the Opening Ceremonies and that one isn't finished yet.

Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
Waggle seems to be bugged on the clan placements.
I just placed 10th with Splintercell in Waggle on this one while Placing 3rd (which should be correct) individually. Looking at the clan placings, those look very peculiar.
Can you have a look :
Final was 1 game, so the secondary positions should be decided by the record for the full tourney. - Splinter cell is 2/5, which should go straight behind the winner and the 3/5 record.

Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
In the Mini Flonkerton tournament, I came 5th but my tribe Mystica got 13th place, Dragon dor came 2nd but his tribe got 11th place. With only one player from each tribe taking part, how does that work?
Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
Thats the point, Im not sure it does. -
Got a notification saying 10th for tribal placement. Pretty sure it should have been 3rd.

Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
Yes I know.
If you read what I actually write, Im saying that the player medals are correct, but the clan placings are not - unless its just a display error.
As only one player participate for each clan in the clan olympic tourneys, the clan placing (and medal if applicable) should be the same as the placing for the player participipating for the clan.
As I get notifications saying I got a medal for a tourney and my clan placed 10th or 11th for the same tourney, something clearly isnt as it should be.

Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
Tviorr think you misunderstood what it meant.
Normal event tourneys were only 1 entry per tourney.
Clan events were only one member per individual tourney. To stop manipulation of positioning. So say for example,
Mini flockton filled 10 times. You could join the first one another member join the 2nd one then another the 3rd.
But the thing i have noticed is the non clan events are still aadding points to my clans total. This is where the mistake is.

I cant really see how this is relevant to what Im writing...eddie2 wrote:Tviorr think you misunderstood what it meant.

Ive provided links several times above.
The one and only thing Im saying is that Clan placing arent registering correctly at least graphically. - I would very much like someone to check that clans are getting the proper placings (and thus medals).
And Yes I know what an inventory is
Yes, I know that the individual players are getting the correct medals
Yes, I know that only one person per clan was allowed in each (iteration) of a tourney.
Im not sure what it is Im not stating clearly. Im hard pressed to see what can be misunderstood in any of my postings above.

Tvoirr, clan placings are based on medals received by individuals so are correct.
Now are Fallen being investigated, they came from nowhere, definite cheating.

Came from nowhere? We've been leading for some time now. Weeks. And we just got a big bump from a platinum and a few other wins to push our lead up.WingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:Tvoirr, clan placings are based on medals received by individuals so are correct.

Edit: we have the lead just w/ 3 participants. 71 points from those 3 alone, and the next group has 67.

Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
Tivorr i believe you got the notices and looked at your links. I am NOT a tournement organizer but i wonder if the notification that your clan placed 10th or 11th or whatever IS in fact the "display error... i dont see anything in the tourement description ot=r how the points are awarded to indicate that the 1-16 clan list for the tournement really has a meaning that one clan placed before another ; other than that the winning players clan got listed first ... i wonder if the order of 2-16 is that random , and that 1-16 list was just started to show which clans had already joined , since each could only hqave 1 player .... seems to me only the individual player order of finish mattered and the medals af=re awarded for that and those individual medals or ribbons get transfered to the overall olympic clan/tribe scoreboard...
in other words the 1-16 in your links really just mean what clans entered?

I wish either my father or my mother, or indeed both of them as they were in duty both equally bound to it, had minded what they were about when....

Re: Conquer Club Olympics 2015
Not really sure what it is, but Icepack went and checked and it should be as you say, a display error and medals should be correct as they should be transferred from the invidivual player medals and not from the weird clan ranking list thing.
I guess the reason noone paid attention to it was that it didnt really have a function as such, though obviously the "clan auto-messages" upon the ending of the tournaments were based on the clan listings.
This is what was mainly worrying me, so thx for checking, guys. Much appreciated.
