Anyway, Magnus, your avi is a classic example of trying to do too much with a limited medium. Other than the name of the clan, I have no idea of what the rest of it is. Is that some kind of armoured helmet, sitting on flames? Or is it a mythical flying city? No idea. The 100X100 pixel format is too restrictive, but instead of trying to jam in everything but the kitchen sink, I think you need to accept that 100X100 is a restrictive format, and try to reduce how much material you want to include.
