Could you clearly state what the BR's in the opening ceremony will be and what the criteria is i.e. only 1 player per BR, what the size of each BR is etc - maybe I missed in the thread but I understand there are changes and want to be clear so we can sort our team. At the moment I just see in the opening thread "a series of BR's" but no details.

First time organizing BRs for me so I didn't take into account the neutral start territs therefore the amount of players are srewed up, however like I said into the 2nd PM All team leaders won't have to select player now, I will directly invit you all and randomly select players, I will create enough BR to have at least each player entering 2 to 3 BR game. The "big" changes is The map selection, I will create 5 to 6 BRs for each, Brazil, First Nation South America, Rail South America maps.

That should be respectively 32, 48 & 80 players game.

Settings for all BRs to be:
Terminator, Freestyle, Auto, Esc, Chained, Foggy, No Trench, 20 rounds limit

The reason the Ceremonies & Sports spoilers getting slimer and/or "disappeared" from the 2nd post is because any time I have a competition drafted into my box (ready to be post) I remove it from this place to remind me where I'm, I've now 7 out of the 12 sets ready into my draft box (this is to be sure I'm ready at the date showing in the calendar to launch the appropriate set monthly), I will continue this week and I hope to have all set of sports ready in my draft box by Sunday.

That is 85 tournaments ready, plus 2 Gymnastic Team event that will not need a tournament for it but only a summary of other events performance to grant the competition Gold, Silver, Bronze medals. That makes 87 Medals events ready

I would be okay to stay, but, A) the tournament is SOOOOOOOOO stinkin long, and because it's SOOOOOOOO stinkin long, I might bail from the site before the year is up and B) I don't wanna screw my partners by quitting and then them not getting the points for my participation (as I understand it, if a participant leaves/quits/abandons-the-site, then the points earned are forfeit to the team--thus if I quit, then it'll screw my team. I'm not willing to do that.

If you can remove that single caveat from the rules, then I'll participate as long as I can.

i.e. Archery, has individual and team but I am not sure how many to assign. Cycling has 4 different events, are they all starting at once? The more time I have to plan, the better the submission to you can be in the format that allows you as much cut and paste as possible.

Understand your point, and since there is prize for team ranking I have to be fair until the end of the event, but since a single player may only play few sport throughout the competition by playing some sport only so any point received should stay in your team count (actually it says 5 minimum to be part of the ranking, but I may reduce to 3 since some teams are having between 15 to 20 players and this event is kind of based on 10 to 15 players per team). Just let me know...let's give a try

What can we do for those who don't want to play freestyle but want to participate in the rest of the tournament?

Please remove lokisgal from the BR roster.

Just to note (we may have missed) but neither myself or shoop realised the BR was optional. We had originally already planned who was going to play in the BR's then everything changed. To be honest, if asked, I think the majority of the team would not want to play a BR.
