Wo, anyone who says Hitler was a good man, or says nothing is wrong with him, is really messed in the head. You don't just go and almost wipe out a whole religion. And even if he didn't, that wouldn't mean that there would be tons of Jues (sorry if i spelt it wrong, spelling ain't the best for me). They would be alot more civilized and not have so many wars against them after what Hitler did. And example is if I raised an army and tried to whipe out christianity. (sorry again for spelling). Theres no difference between the 2 plots but nooo....killing Jue's are fine....man go get some help. Oh by the way, i have nothing against any type of religion.

He was killing people who were already born.

...and IMO I have more respect for what he did than what an abortion doctor does, but until I'm elected President I probably can't do too much about it.

It's not illegal for a doctor to provide an abortion (under certain circumstances), notice that I didn't say it's RIGHT only that it's LEGAL.
It's always illegal to kill someone who is already born whether you're a doctor or not. Even in a case of self defense it's still illegal to kill....but a lot of government bodies agree that those are special circumstances and choose to to prosecute.

The problem I have with that is an unborn child either is a life or it isn't. If it is...then abortion is wrong. If its not... then it can't be "intentional homicide". If someone kills an unborn child without consent of the mother its murder. If the mother gives consent its called "abortion". Where is the logic in that? A woman's right to choose doesn't outweigh a childs right to live! (this isn't directed at you misscrystal)

there is no such thing as an unborn child. foetus is the term you're looking for.

Because we live in a country of hypocrasy. Abortion is OK because A) It's a Medical Proceedure and B) No one's going to really vote against it because they'd lose the votes of the major women's organizations (which is a section of the constituency that you don't want to sacrifice). Sure, the republicans talk a good game, but they're just appealing to their base. Every time a republican Justice is appointed to the Supreme Court, everyone freaks about Roe v. Wade being overturned but it'll never happen. There's too much at stake politically speaking.

This woman was arrested for murdering an "unborn child" because she stabbed a pregnant woman, and therefore is liable not only for the murder but also aborting the fetus against the mother's will. Plus the DA wants to be able to put her in jail for longer.

The whole Murder of an Unborn Child thing was invented by Republican DAs who want to be re-elected by Pro-Lifers while still seeming to be very accepting of Roe v. Wade.
