strike, I don't know how I've been less active lately... I mean, I don't post 20 times a day and from my phone at the beach (I wish I was there), but I don't feel like I'm less active. I did have a busy weekend in RL if that's what you're referring to. And starting being a mod as well.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that Vio is hinting at being Barrett. Town bomb is always a great fake claim for mafia. Not only that, we have been trying to get Barrett to claim the past 2 days and no one has said anything, so if it is a fake, Barrett would be a good person to try because there may not even be a Barrett in the game AND because if there is a Barrett, they probably don't want to claim because they are probably the SK, so what good would it do them to claim?

Victor it's nice to have you show back up since someone started saying your name... You never answered me about that video when I asked last week. It's ok, I've seen it now because I went home since then, but it's odd that you disappeared for 2+ days and then didn't even answer the question that I asked you twice.

I believe this covers most things. If there is something inaccurate or missing feel free to add/edit. A couple questions based on what I am seeing.

1. How likely is Sephiroth to be part of a mafia? Whatever was left of Jenova was apparently helping him through out the game and Comm9 suggested there maybe someone else who is a possible mafia member tied to Sephiroth called Hojo.
2. Is Barrett the only significant character who uses a Gattling gun in FFVII?

I think its a little hard to call me inactive, even though I haven't said much, I clearly stated that I was off celebrating my birthday this weekend and would not be back until today

Yeah I feel like its best, my activity in this game is sub par to other games. I think 25 players is too much for me I am overwhelmed. And my character is on the "probable mafia fake claims" list so I think I should save the hassle now and use myself to see if she is mafia.

I think the Gatling gun may be tied to Sephiroth's faction. The same night that the gatling gun stopped appearing in scenes, people started dying from the masamune. Secondly the targets were similar. The first two people who were directly killed by the gatling gun were inactives. The two people who were killed by the masamune, one was active but searching through his recent posts I think he was killed because his posts were interpreted as not taking many stands and just blending in and the other was another inactive. It's a stretch but it is the reason I've been asking if someone other than B. Wallace may use a Gatling gun.

Read the game plot buddy. That's going to be someone in the shinra corporation. That is the Mafia. So I would be willing to bet that's just the weapon the kill with.

As for Barrett and sephiroth, I seriously doubt that they would be connected. I mean, Barrett fights for avalanche and sephiroth starts with shinra corporation and goes rogue.

Ghostly my point is that from their claims neither Barrett is taking credit for the Gatling gun. I do not believe that Barrett is part of the mafia but that one of the mafia tied to Sephiroth uses a Gatling gun as his kill flavor.

As far as the G Gun goes, I did a very exhaustive search to see if any others from VII use one before doing a CC and I could find no one. A lot of goons use machine guns, but that is not the same thing. That gun HAS to belong to Berret if flavor canon is being followed.

A few issues. If the gun isn't hers, and it isn't mine, whose is it? If she is Berret why would she lie? If she is lying why hasn't there been a second Berret CC? Something isn't adding up and I think the only way to find out is to test her claim.

There is the argument of play the game not the mod that has me slightly concerned however. Could the gun belong to another simply to mess with us, and to reinforce play the mod not the game? I also was considering the Mamasomething(this is from a mobile, that sword) starting up where the G Gun left off. If Vio isn't lying I think we have to consider that those two kills are linked.

Anyhow, just my thoughts.

I think it is a bit early to say that no one has counter claimed Edoc. I'm not sure about the Gatling gun. I have a feelign it could be somehow related to Hojo and an invention of his (as I remember there were robots in VII that used a Gatling gun but I never played long enough to know if Hojo had anything to do with creating any of them.
