No way? That's quite a claim. Has someone been rolling fractions and irrational numbers again? Or have you observed one of the mods rolling 7's again? They can be sneaky like that, with their d8s.

Watch out though, if you catch someone rolling a 6.66... recurring, it's the end of the world, or possibly you win a pot of gold. I forget which, but you should probably post screen shots of the impossible rolls you've seen next time.

Since this is the tread where we grumble about dice, this is my most recent escapade:
Rolling 17v1 I managed to lose 11 rolls in a row.. best I've managed so far, not counting anomalies with the auto roll button which are hard to follow sometimes when you have the large stack mopping up at the end of a game.
If I need a lot of ones to win the lotto, I should probably buy a ticket.

I think what Thorth is trying to say here, using the Queen's English, is that if you think of using "one" as a pronoun you need to be a female head of state to get what you want. A king, emperor, or "he", as Thorth puts it, will not always get the number "he wants".

It's an interesting proposition, and I'm a little sceptical, but perhaps a basic pledge of allegiance to the British monarchy would help avoid streaky dice. As Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth's subject, you would be subject to her will.
