Several people had the answers correct, including tdans and ffraid. We did a drawing and tdans won. ffraid won "miss/Mr Congeniality"because they were cool and so I bought them premium too. I felt badly that what started as a cool, fun contest got f'ed up with Owen's ban.

congrats to the winners of the contest, and congrats to the admins for not thinking it was an offense for members of FOED to come into our clan forum with an old members password they had, steal the answers and post them within their forums. one of our winners got the answers that way, and we still paid out the premium. i find this truly disturbing because Team CC members are in FOED, knew it was going on, said nothing, and none of the ADMINS found even this behavior wrong or out of line with the spirit of what a member of team CC should stand for. Congrats to the winners, Congrats to FOED for trying to destroy our contest instead of making their own contest to attempt to better ours. Cheating in a forum contest that is to benefit the community and show a clans goodwill to the community is low. Being a member of team CC and knowing it is going on within your own clan and doing nothing about it is lower. Being an admin and stating that no rules were broken is about as low as you can go on this forum. If you're going to make the accusation, and have the proof, I'd be very interested in seeing it. If it is truly as you describe, I don't see how that's not an infraction.

Actually mate if there's veracity in your accusation then it was a really low thing to do on someone's part. There should be consequences for the culprit.

So you're OK with someone using another player's password to access a clan forum that is not their own? Get real.

Yes, a FOED member used a BpB password to access our clan forum and posted the answers in their clan forum. Tdans used them to win the contest. However mods were aware that FOED had the answers posted and did nothing to protect the validity of the contest. Tdans seems like a standup guy, having admitted he cheated to me after he found out I had already bought him premium. Maybe I should have notified him first, but I had no idea this had happened. The fact that mods knew about this, and said/did nothing just shows how poor a quality of people can be mods on this board.

No one will be banned, and the user that did it apparently is no longer on the website. He/she simply still had access to people's passwords.
