Okay, I'm undecided here, what should be done with this?

Well it seems the majority supports a star background. WidowMakers hooked me up with a better star that doesn't wash out at the top so bad when I water mark it so I'll probably post both maps with the star he sent soon.

Thanks, do we have complaints? Suggestions for improvement?

I'm thinking of starting xml.

This is how items will display:
<color> Entrant <number>
<color> Advancer <number>
<color> Quarters <number>
<color> Semis
<color> Leader
Right Final or Left Final

I'm also considering making Final a single territory. Thoughts, objections?

Oh, you are suggesting I add another background. I like the red on white there. I'm worried about the visibility of the text in that case. Most legends for this site are on a solid color background.

you don't really just 'Conquer Final...to win'

you need to 'Hold Final for one turn...to win'

Do you think I still need to clarify you can win by killing everyone else? Because that doesn't fit so good.

no you don't need that. Just put

Hold both Final territories for one turn to win

or

Hold both Final territories at the beginning of your turn to win.

something like that I'd think

That sig is way too big: http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7785

Signatures larger than 150 pixels high by 600 pixels wide just scream “I am compensating for something” and should be reduced in size. If your signature contains text or multiple elements, you can use this box to compare it with.

Anyway. Anyone think it would be a bad idea to make Final a single Territory?

Making Final ONE territory is fine. It does make more sense. The problem is how to do it without using up more width?

If I remember correctly, I was the person that asked for the "Conquer other players to win". I'd say that's common sense. Most people know about objective games now, I'd say it's fair enough to get rid of it.

To Do:
  • Make Final 1 Territory
  • Fix Final Text Back The Way It Was Before I Messed With It
  • Adjust Conquer Final & All Players Text
