If they announce an alliance, then it is not cheating....it may be considered bad form to announce it so early, but it is not illegal.

Also, please use the Cheating form at the top of the Cheating and Abuse reports forum for reporting further problems.

Thanks,
Have a wonderful day!

It's legal as long as it's announced. It's not particularly cool to do in a 3 player game, but it happens. Put them on your ignore list and walk away is really the best thing you can do.

when you put some1 on the ignore list you cant see their text anymore, thus effectively "ignoring" them

again....

It was not an alliance, we were not on the same team, i simply decided not to fight the other person because if i did then jan1976 would have won the game very quickly.

All i did was pull out of australia and go to south america.

its not hard to understand.

it was a tactical decision thats all, no teaming up and no alliance. All i did was let the other play know that id pulled out of australia because it would be useless fighting for it.

what would have been the point of fighting the other player for australia when
jan1976 would have been building up his armies to wipe up both out?

I've now got bad feedback for intelligent play which is totally disgraceful

Is there someone I can report this to so that i can get this feedback removed, as its totally obvious I've done nothing wrong.

Ive left you bad feedback to jan

this 'person' got a great drop and had Africa after his first move, so wisely instead of fighting the third person for Australia i decided to pull out and focus on south America. Somehow this was seen as an alliance and I was left bad feedback. So I'm leaving bad feedback for a very very sore loser.

I think that explains things nicely

You can send an eTicket to the 'feedback moderation' team.
You can find them under the 'help' tab, scroll to the bottom of the page.
Give them the game number and your concerns over the feedback.

They will look into it.

It seems © offered a truce with bubbatc in the game chat but there was no confirmation from bubbatc's end, which means if there was going to be an alliance, it was attempted to be done legally. Looking at the game log, bubbatc was doing his fair share of attacks to ©. I don't think there was a secret alliance here but just a difference in game strategies and opinions. With regards to the feedback issue, just follow what greenoaks said.

And please, next time, use the form when making a report.
