thanks, i am a little worried about baghdad tho, being so large and having so many borders it would be impossible to hold and thereby a non, factor. I had the bonus at +10 and increasing it would certainly make it more attractive, but still, it would be near impossible to hold with 8 borders. Maybe it should split it into sunni/shia/kurd, ... i dunno.

I have to say the map is not as complicated as it looks.
could you move the Babil label to the right slightly just so the road connecting to Karbala is more evident. I realize it doesn't block the line connecting to the circle exactly, but I think its presence could be confusing. (It might not be possible because of the glow though?)
So just to be sure, the loyalty squares themselves cannot attack out to their corresponding city? (except for al-Qaeda where they can attack Sunni cities but NOT the loyalties right? just the actual city (again just to be sure. I think it is pretty clear)).
