i have 2 questions about multis:
1. how are multis blocked (ex: ip, email, nickname on CC, etc.)
2. is there anything to stop one person from making a multi and having his 2 identities in different games and never in the same one in order to get 8 games instead of 4 (assuming he is non'premium)?
