As you all know, green player always plays before the blue player, but the green player (General Mayhem) leave his borders undefended against 17 armies, not 10, see the game log:

See:
- the green player frontiers were: Syria 9, Cyprus 7.
- the blue player frontiers were: Izmir 17, Antakya 11.
And then, green leave the borders tottaly undefended against 17 armies, and blue player didnt attacked him. Why?
From the game chat:
2006-03-30 10:54:41 - Marvaddin: By the way, General and Hunting have a secret alliance, dont you?
2006-03-30 11:08:10 - Kevin: Marv, I trust you are just making that up? How could you know that? You shouldn't disparage players without real knowledge of the facts.
2006-03-30 11:18:15 - Marvaddin: Hmm, I think that isnt suspect General leave his borders undefended and Hunting doesnt attack him?
2006-03-30 11:23:34 - Kevin: Suspicious -- yes. Cheating -- that's something else entirely.
2006-03-30 11:32:16 - Kevin: Good job, Marv. Game was over too quickly. Thanks to all. See you next time
2006-03-30 11:34:08 - General Mayhem: i knew he wouldnt attack me there. i have too much armies. thats why marv
2006-03-30 11:38:40 - Marvaddin: Hahahah... And soon I will know if its an alliance. Next turn he will have 50 armies to attack me and you. So, if you attack me, its pretty obvious.
2006-03-30 11:40:33 - General Mayhem: bollocks to it - if you suspect then lets make it official HEY HUNTING, lets have an alliance between our borders?!
Kevin, the yellow player, said it was suspicious too. Now, see the General explanation, and see the map, what do you think? Could him know blue player wouldnt attack him? And you can read 17 in Izmir, as I said. See, the blue player isnt even gaining cards, and seems be happy about 8 armies deployed near him each turn. And just now I killed the yellow player, they are revealing an alliance...
Now, what you think? They were secret allies?
