Can you post some information so that we can try and help. I installed it yesterday on Google Chrome / Mac so would be good to understand what platform it may be failing on if you cannot install or use it.

I use Google Chrome. I worked just fine for years; however, it suddenly stopped working and the menu on my homepage left bottom corner disappeared. I have no idea why this happened. I tried to reinstall it multiple times, but still didn't work.

I believe chrome changed something somewhat lately that stops grease monkey working by default and you need to give it dev permission or something.

Click on the 3 dots on the top right of Chrome. Go to Extensions->Manage Extensions and toggle the Developer Mode button on the top right see if that helps.
