I looked at the game and it literally says
Game #23012168: 3 Players, Standard, Escalating, Sequential, Chained, Trench, UNSCORED
Looking at the log, looks like both players were kicked for missing turns so this must be why it is uncounted as you technically defeated zero opponents.
I don't think a ticket is needed now.
Admittedly, the game in question is an uninspiring festival of deadbeating, but I am curious how it crossed a line into becoming officially UNSCORED.
Indeed, the Blue player actually did play three rounds before becoming a no-show. I know there are countless other games that end with deadbeating (speed games are notorious for this.) and most of them don't become unscored.
I also wonder if this was an automatic unscoring, ...or did some admin have a momentary moral panic and got personally involved?
In any case, I'm not going to sweat the points. I'll play another game on that map some day.
I'm just glad that the (primary) mystery has been solved. One more question: Why are there 265 maps listed on that official list, but only 257 maps listed on the visible website list.
What am I missing? Are some maps double-counted? I didn't notice any.
Okay, I answered that question. There are numeric gaps on the other list. There is no 138, 250, 251, 252 255, 257, 260 and 263.
So now I have other questions. Have some maps been removed from the site? ...and if so what were they?
Late edit: Also, no 149.
