Please explain why you say he’s the “#1 American President”.

Let’s say we concede you the “American President” part. I mean that could be debated but we’ll put that aside.

He was the President of a FAILED NATION (failed rebellion?).
How can you be #1 if you failed?

(I will admit he was the #1 President of the CSA.)
