Haha good response…that’s a solid lift…hate barbell back squats…deadlift is such a better metric IMO of strength and functionality… also ROM in squat is subjective
495DL and can ride 30miles with over 3k elevation and run under 7min mile so it’s all about balance.
Oh you guys. I invite you to do my job for a couple of weeks. No need to pay for the gym. Bycicle 25km to work. Carry a 75hp outboard to the boat and hook it up. Haul 60 scuba tanks to the boat and put them on board. Handle them during the dive trip to prepare everybodies equipment. Haul them back after. Handle them again to fill them. Get the outboard off the boat and bring it back to the shop. Bycicle back 25km after work. Not to mention the weightbelts and other shit that needs carrying back and forth every day. How about you rep that 6 days a week?
That sounds too much like cardio...not enough like low rep work. It'll build muscle and burn fat and you'll be strong, but it won't make you have super human strength.
The lowest score for Second Division was 2 and that was groovysmurf, Swimmerdude99, IcePack and Donelladan.
The lowest score for Premier Division was 4 and that was Nut Shot Scott and fusibaseball.
We had some extra room in our budget so we decided to reward each of the 3 tied for 1st the 1st place prize of 1500 Credits and Icepack and Donelladan each the second place prize of 500 Credits!
