At the end of a speed game, the accused had left ratings in the above screenshot in the link.
Do i care ? Of course not.
However, i would like to lay this idiocy down here for awareness.
He missed a turn, i checked his online status, he did not show online, so i did not need to wall him to say speed game on, i do not have to is another matter.
Then he missed every turn, did not take a single turn but left me all 1 stars...

This is a rating system abuse without a doubt, however i do not ask for a punishment.

People are allowed to leave whatever ratings they feel are deserved, but in the past decisions by KA, a user needs to leave 5 or more ratings that weren't deserved to get a warning.

I couldn't care less how you regard my posts; you literally made a post for no reason, and asked that it immediately be closed, in order to bring shade to someone.

Have not i got to right to advertise someone who leaves ratings, poor ratings based on nothing ?
Doesnt he deserve to be put shade on him in this case ?
Put yourself in my shoes, what have i done wrong to deserve it.
I do not intend to cause him take punisment is why i called to add in closeds, but of course i like to advertise (or with ur words, shade) such an unfair, non ethic, non sportsmanship behaviour.
If the CA forum is not the right place, i am sorry. If this is not regarded as an abuse officially, i respect and accept it, but it is an abuse in my book.

Once again, my problem is not recieving 1 stars from a player, i have recieved 1 stars lots of times in all 10k games back in years and never reported anyone cos of it.
my problem is getting ratings from a player who never showed in the game and took a single turn.
I need an explanation how did he come up with the ratings he left, what did he base on to lelave ratings since he did not take a single turn, no chat, zip zero. This is what i call to be an abusive use of a game property no matter what and how it is regarded by community.

The first 5 pages of 47 of his most recent ratings show him leaving only 5 people with less than 5 stars.

That's 5/250 ratings (0.0002%) with less than a perfect 5 stars across the board.

For general ratings abuse criterion, you need a consistent pattern of rating a large number of people with a low rating.

This is not happening here.

you will have to play him again and it may take 7 years

from the nature for why players leave ratings over each other point of view, my point still stands.

I do not want to show to be a source of irritation, but allow me ask you a question.

You create a game, someone joins, then for some reason you did not take a single turn, missed em all, then opponent wins the game.
Would you rate your oppnent then ?
Attitude 1 star, no chat in game chat, no PMs no wall messages, then what is your motive or reason for it.
Would you rate him 1 star for game play while you did not even take a turn, how do you come there ?

In my defense I would just say.

I have a golden rule, I rate each player with the maximum number of stars. Except when I find his behavior very irritating and that is rare (cf. my ratings left https://www.conquerclub.com/player.php?mode=ratings2&username=Lancelot+du+Lac).

When I join a speed game and the opponent misses his turns, I warn him on his wall, it's a minimum fair-play.

Looks like you came just to take points being afraid to face me. I understand I am better.

HardAttack may not be aware of the 'hide online status' thing. He himself shows his online status, I don't find it that much of a reach to think that a '-' means 'online now'. I don't think that HardAttack intends to gain points this way. Neither do I think that he is afraid of you, I think both of these are absurd takes.

But the case has no case, if you want to put someone on blast it's probably best to post in GD under the guise of 'is it ok to...', else it'll maybe be removed for personal attacks/flaming.

Leaving 1 star across all 3 fields here is not an honest use of the rating system, however it is not common for this player to do this and with this I am happy to close the investigation for now.
