Comments: aad0906 is targeting solely me in all 4 tournament games that we are playing to prevent me from winning because he and me are two leaders of the tournament. aad0906 is breaking the game throwing rule with that because every player needs to play with intention to win the game, not to prevent others from winning in order to increase his own position in the tournament. for example, in Game 20015261 he just lost suicidal attack on me trying 20v26 (from the log, he deployed 17 there and previously he had 3 there) to break my bonus from African horn when I have 37 total troops and silver is troop leader with 92 total troops. Needless to say, he did not attack silver at all on their northern borders because he is trying game throwing from me to silver. Silver has 0 wins in the tournament while I have 2 wins so aad0906 is trying to gift the game to silver so that he can beat me in race for the tournament title. This case should be looked upon and aad0906 should be warned for the shameless game throwing!

I am following this thread as similar events have occurred in multiple of my Olympics games where a player intentionally attacked me likely due to me leading that tournament for the potential reasons of both the individual standings and tribe standings.

In the case where I was warned, I also started the game to win but later when I couldn't win then I prevented ZaBeast from winning. And it was against rules. The same is case here.

Game throwing should be obvious, nothing obvious here. It's not because you think he is trying to make you lose that he actually is.
Could still simply be a dumb move.

I think ka's meaning is : you can't say for 100% sure it's game throwing.
Also the game isn't over, so you can't accused someone of throwing the game, if at the end you won the game.
Precedent ruling doesn't mean that aggressive game play will be forbidden I believe.

Big different with previous game where you were warned is :
1) you admitted it ( so no point arguing the quality of your move)
2) the game was over.

That´s why I asked for a more in depth answer for the last ruling. Some guidelines to know what is allowed and is not. But instead of doing that they just locked the thread. Silence seems to be the most common answer these days from certain departments.

I challenge anyone to point into any move in this game where I "threw" the game or unnecessarily attacked josko.ri for no gain. In fact I attacked others much more often to try to get all of Siberia. In 10 turns I attacked josko.ri ONLY 3 times in a legitimate pursuit of the Siberia bonus plus once (see African Horn deploy) because I had more deploy than I needed to continue my conquest for Siberia, so attacked josko there because at that point he was the clear leader and I still have hope in winning, the game not even half way over and remember it's trench... This report is spurious, and josko.ri is a whiney ass bitch. I don't know why he is like this, he is a good enough player not to need any of these shenanigans. If he wants his tribe medal so badly just give it to him, I don't care, I just want to win games. I guess he thinks the attack from African Horn is "throwing the game" but again he was dominating, I still have a chance to win, and I just didn't border him all that much.

There were no unnecessary attacks into josko.ri here "to prevent him from winning" whilst in a hopeless situation myself. I still have hope because I have all of Siberia and we're only in round 10 in a 20 round limit game.

In Game 20015261 it looks like aad23409234 started by actually playing to win, and then later realised he can't and so targeted you.

It seems so. However doing so is against the rules according to recent precedent ruling when I was warned for doing the same.

so if he started out the game trying to win but is now at a point where he can't, what is he supposed to do?

It's freaking round 10 in a 20 round limit TRENCH game. I have all of Siberia which is a healthy bonus. He was domination and nobody else was attacking him. Sitting back and let him win would REALLY be throwing the game imo

It seems you apply this logic only when I am leader (which I was not as the whole time until now silver has more armies than I do).

What about now when silver is clear leader yet you still dont break his bonuses near Siberia nor attack him anywhere?

I know the answer because it is obvious, silver has 0 tournament wins and I have 2 just like you, so you want to prevent me from winning while silver's winning does not bother you much as he cannot catch you in the tournament scoreboard.

This is exactly definition of obvious game throwing.
