It's out of Evil Semp's hands and I guess king achilles wants nothing to do with it. Ignores PMs, which is strange because I always thought he loved me a little bit.

Pretty much. That's why i wonder why is this even a thing... johnny rocket kind of made his way up to conqueror with his tactics so i can understand...
Llama gets a slap on the wrist well ok I guess.
Firstly, I don't know how he can know for sure he ll face deadbeats, secondly, those are coinflip games and the risk isn t always worth the reward as your score goes up...
So yeah.. I guess that telling him not to do it anymore is a good ruling.
It's cheap, but not really cheating.
