Every new recruit starts with their wall turned off by default, but it's a simple matter to go into settings and turn it on.
Yes, you might say "how would he know to turn it on?" but I think plenty of people go into settings as a matter of course when they join a new game, just to see what the settings are and what they do.
In any case, this debate contributes nothing. A report has been made. Let's wait to see what the C&A people have to say about it.
