I liked your idea, but I took it a step further: I just eliminated Round 3 entirely, and moved the others up. Round 3, after all, was the bastard child of the original Round 5, which was supposed to have been a team game but became impossible due to autotourney limitations. I was never completely happy with what I replaced it with, and it finally occurred to me, after reading your thoughts there, that it no longer serves any real purpose and can be cut outright.
Starting with Week 24 (Mississippi) the new progression is: Round 1 (2 Points per Game): Seeded by Score, 3 Games, 2 Player Standard Round 2 (3 Points per Game): 24 Start, Seeded by Score, 2 Player Poly (3) Round 3 (4 Points per Game): 24 Start, Random Draw, 2 Player Poly (4) Round 4 (5 Points per Game): 24 Start, Seeded by Score, 4 Player Standard Round 5 (7 Points per Game): 24 Start, Seeded by Score, 6 Player Terminator Round 6 (8 Points per Game): 24 Start, Seeded by Score, 8 Player Assassin
The points-per-game steadily increase, and the size of the games steadily increases, with all the two-player games in the first half. This should much reduce the effect of deadbeats (they have a lot less effect in a 6- or 8- player game than in a 2-player game). In keeping with djelebert's idea, I made the second poly round randomly seeded, but kept the first poly round seeded by score.
Could this cause a problem with the final standings in that the second half of the weeks have one less round than the first half?
I'm also wondering about the random draw for the one poly round. It seems that positions do have the possibility and potential to change in the first couple of rounds, rather than the person in first place staying there for every round. djelebert asked about it based off of a week 1 Alabama tournament - before any of the changes to the rounds were made. I haven't seen as much of a problem with deadbeats giving unfair points in the poly rounds since the rounds were restructured - mainly because everyone is still there. I think that makes it not just unnecessary to need a random draw, but makes it unfair to those who had been doing well, as something like this could happen: 1 v 2, 3 v 24, 22 v 23, etc. Possibly a rare/extreme example, but that could move those from the bottom up to the top and those from the top down to the bottom in one round.

The first parameter are the Christmas event and the 12 Anniversary event. (Admin-level events)
7 Days of Conquer Club Dec. 22 to 28. 12 Anniversary Event Jan. 1 to TBD.
For USA, I'm planning as follows: Michigan Dec. 5th Minnesota Dec. 12th (first break Dec. 19th) Mississippi Dec. 26th (second break Jan 2nd) resume full speed with Missouri Jan 9th.
For Great War, I'm planning as follows: Kostiuchnowka Dec 8th Rumania Part 2 Dec. 11th Maghdaba Dec. 14th Second Kut Dec. 15th long-ish break resume full speed with the Battle of Khadairi Bend, January 9th
This should avoid having too much stuff competing with the admin-level events. There will be no new Great War tourneys and only one new USA tourney during the critical two weeks of the major celebrations.

Still in negotiations with BW. It was not a high priority at the beginning, since I figured I had lots of time before some scores appeared, so I worked on other stuff and let this slide. I always have 50 things to do, so I work on the most urgent or overdue and let other things go until they're urgent or overdue. That's not an excuse, just reality.
Anyway, about a week ago I saw that we were imminently facing the first tournaments to finish, so I kicked up the urgency of my discussions with BW, and we're close to an agreement, I think. Just a few more days I should have an answer for you.
Not going to get too specific, but I'm pushing for at least 20K creds divided between the top 25 players on the scoreboard, and and assortment of stars and medals, of course.

Duka, as it is a big tournament. Is it possible to get a GA Medal for the winner of a tournament with the higher score? The maximum should be 99 points ? Thanks

I previously suggested GA medal for person with the highest score from all winners in each of 52 tournaments.
Good to see some scores finally showing up on the board. Just looked through and saw a number of iterations on round 7 for the 'A' states. Thanks again as always to those involved in setting this up. I have been learning a ton by playing these games.

New tournaments in this series are now launching at 7:00 am instead of at midnight, or more specifically at 07:23. This makes it easier for BW to troubleshoot problems right away. If it is a Tuesday, and the new tourney has not appeared, and I am not around, somebody please send a message to BW if the tourney hasn't launched by 07:30.
Thanks...

1st: 4000 credits + Red star + Major Event Gold Medal 2nd: 2000 credits + Green star + Major Event Silver Medal 3rd to 5th: 1000 credits + Blue Star + Major Event Silver Medal 6th: 900 credits + Yellow Star + Major Event Bronze Medal 7th: 800 credits + Yellow Star + Major Event Bronze Medal 8th: 700 credits + Yellow Star + Major Event Bronze Medal 9th: 600 credits + Yellow Star + Major Event Bronze Medal 10th: 500 credits + Yellow Star + Major Event Bronze Medal 11th to 15th: 400 credits + Pink star + CA 16th to 20th: 300 credits + Cyan star + CA 21st to 25th: 150 credits + Cyan star + CA 26th to 30th: 100 credits + GA 31st to 35th: 80 credits + GA 31st to 35th: 80 credits + GA 36th to 40th: 60 credits + GA 41st to 50th: 40 credits + GA
I will also give a GA to the most amazing score on each map (across all iterations for that week.) There will not be multiple medals for this -- in case of a tie there will be a tiebreaker game.

I have a question, does no multiple medals means that the same player cannot win 2 or more medals (if he wins different multiple maps) or it means that no 2 or more medals can be given on the same map?

No two medals on the same map, I was thinking.
