A search of all 3 pulls up that they have played a considerable amount of games together in duos and all 3 together. in the game listed above they do not attack eachother even though they are bordering, and they coordinate to hit other players as shown in games with pinkrose 2012 and magnusgreeol in the following games listed below. where they only eliminate eachother last or. (im not posting every game, simply because it takes up lots of space. so im listing a few, but I checked many games and their pattern of play is consistent. only attacking each other to damage or eliminate at the end once all others are gone or there is only 2-3 players left. this pattern is slightly broken when there clan has games in which its all clan members) By searching games between them you can see that they are always on the same team unless the game is a game between their clan mates in which case they are occasionally on different teams. I understand they are clan mates and friends but its not ok for them to collude and secret diplomacy in standard games especially 5 man ones where it becomes 3v2 and the 2 players dont even know it til its too late

all established players... all clan mates... all playing a very standard style of game play for this map... perhaps you don't have the experience they have on this map, but it is a standard style of game play... the only thing that could possibly come from this is clan mates needing to announce in game chat, that they are indeed clan mates. something i have argued before, for non team games.

i completely understand your feeling hoodwinked by this, after doing a quick little search... you have been here since 2010, i am kind of in shock that you have never run into any of these players before or clan mates playing in games together, before. i really think the admins should look at making clan members announce they are clan mates while playing in non team games, it is only fair. in no way am i saying that they are cheating, i am simply restating what i have stated in the past... the black jesus has spoken...-Bj

As for being multis I can assure you they are NOT. I have the utmost respect for Mags and pinky. Sure, it may seem as a standard (TEAM) game but such is not always the case. I don't think either need to "cheat" in order to be the players that they are. Nor do I think they are...never thought I would say this but Owen I perhaps agree with you. A side note both of these players are on an opposing clan so why defend? Well, nothing more than defence of truth. Best of luck to you both and an early congratulations on being cleared!

- This is my first time here as "The accused", And I can confidently swear on my Mother's soul and my daughter's eyes that in no way were we at all discussing moves out of war chat. Pinky's and my boarders are a mutual understanding but are still defended, It's escalating so in the long run anything can happen, And as for Ruler, He's hanging out with Blue's boarder so are they collaborating?(I think not), So as for cheating I assure you that's not happening. Those other two standard wars you pointed out with Pinky & I, Those other players are regulars in the standards Pinky usually plays and invites, I happen to win them fair and square, just ask any of the players in those wars.

- As for your feelings I can 100% agree with you, But in the start of the war, the chat let's everybody know, that we know each other well.

- I do solemnly swear there is no cheating, But I can def. see how you would think this is unfair, I'm not helping anyone but myself win that war, I stand to lose a boatload of points if I lose to anyone in that war, so I've remained silent and without disturbance until the Escalating gets crazy.

Well Pinky isn't defending his border on TIV against you.

Also, Pinky just launched a serious attack on OP, preventing him to hold the Lurius's bonus ( +8), while he doesn't do anything against ruleroftheworld1 bonus, Cleopatra, +9.
Sorry but I don't see why Pinky need to break OP's bonus and let ruleroftheworld1 keep his bonus.
I can understand why Pinky doesn't break Magnus bonus because of the 12 troops defending them for a small +2 but for the rest, the game play is very suspicious.


In other cases, it has been found that even if you do not discuss turn outside the game chat, simply being friends can make you show favouritism in your moves, even if it is on a "subconscious" level, and if repeated, then those players should be blocked from playing each other outside team games.

It really appear here, that Pinky isn't breaking any of his clanmate's bonus, while taking care of other's player bonus, for no reason other than being nice with his clanmates and not with the other player.

I don't believe outside chat was necessary for that, so even if they are probably not guilty of secret diplomacy, it's still foul play.

MagnusGreeol, I am not accusing you specifically, I am pointing out Pinky's play, and you can't say that breaking OP's bonus and not rulerofthewodl1 bonus seems right.
You are waiting the big cashes, but Pinky does not seem to be, seeing her turn.

Ofc you may still lose thanks to a sweep, but if Pinky keep using her bonus to destroy OP's bonus, ruler and you are going to have a significant troop's advantage.

Again, I am not saying that you planned to work together to win, but it seems that because you knew each other beforehand, some moves were made differently, even if it wasn't made purposively.

I forgot to notice that previous turn, rulerfotheworld also broke blue's bonus ( 5th player of the game), taking DII. Again, why does ruler bother to break blue's bonus, but doesn't care about pink's bonus which is on the other side ?

I will say with complete confidence that as members of a clan who hold Honor & Integrity as extremely important, in no way were there conscious attempts to cheat, or any secret diplomacy occurring here!

I can however see how having 3 members of the same clan in a standard game could lead one to suspect that. I also agree that being in the same clan, or being friends with players in the same standard game can lead to a subconscious bias.

As Magnus said, we at TOP will encourage our members to avoid such standard games where even the appearance of such activity might be suspect.

Its fine that you made it clear you all know each other but 3 clan mates in a 5 man standard even if I knew the other player this presents problems both discussed and not. I found the play very suspicious as your clan has only attacked and broken bonuses belonging to players not of your clan. even when they had to beat larger forces to do so. I understand not going after the 2 man bonus but your clan mates had larger bonuses than either me or blue and yet we were targeted instead. I understand the argument of you possibly losing points. but your more inclined to favor your friends, even if you intend to beat them. I noticed some players who really do care about points will play games like this with clan mates and friends and eliminate other players giving them higher chances of getting the points, or at laest the points stay within the clan. In addition you know how they play which is a large advantage for you vs facing 2 randoms. and you all are nicer to friends hence the difference between friend and stranger. (im not saying this is exactly what your doing, but I've seen it done before) The game play has correlated to what i had seen people do before.

What an awful situation! We stand wrongly accused. That said, I can totally understand why, especially after Magnus' opening, the other players in this game would think that. I solemnly swear that I am in this game to win it for me and have not colluded with anyone. If I have not attacked either or any players bordering me it is because it did not suit my objective at the moment but no secret diplomacy here. Again I can understand Curly. No, Owen is not an official w TeamCC. You'll see color (like mine) on official moderators names. However even with color names, we each have special assigned areas (mind is clans, for instance and all those w this color represent clan moderators).

Someone with bright green (cheating and abuse team), orange (multi hunter / C&A team) or red (administrator) will post your official review / reply. Usually after they rule on an issue, they'll alter the thread title as well informing for you of the official ruling on the case.

IcePack answered your one question that you posed of Owen (aka black jesus) so moving on...yes Mags and Pinky are very goods friends of mine so yes when I noticed this accusation first I posted then I contacted both by PM. Do you know what the result of that was? Of course you don't as you don't know either as I do here is a direct quote from a PM I recieved from Mags...

It does go on to say the enemy will have the chance to form an alliance against TOP his clan!!! So in fact Mags, being a leader, announced to the clan in their forum that basicly an "odd" balance in games with clan players is STANDARD was NOT permitted! As previously stated, I am a leader of an opposing clan and have no reason to be in here other than the respect I have for both Mags and Pinky, and ruler I am sure because of who he associates with.

I will take this one step further...

To the mods, I am sure you will view this at VERY WORST a warning, but whatever your decsion, I deserve the same fate for backing friends.

Please don't. Throwing a game is as bad as rigging one. (not saying thats what your doing) Im not concerned over winning or losing a game i was concerned over something else entirely. Like I said I could be wrong. I don't mean to ignore magnus, but I don't know what warning is or how he can implement one on himself. I had thought owen might have been the admin on the case due to the wall posts and posts in the thread. Hence the request I made. You might tell i dont know how the forums and admin stuff works by the questions i asked. I was concerned if he was as it appeared that way to me given the instant contact and responses. I think its admirable you offered to not out number others in standards. by all means play with your friends, dont forgo standards for this. I was concerned over secret diplomacy for understandable reasons. I mean nothing personally towards those 3. Its possible I was wrong. and they correlated with other similar games. Perhaps it will always be an issue at some point or another with clans and such. I have seen it done intentionally before, but didnt know how to report it. (different people in different games) I think Owen is right there should be a way to identify it to other players in game, or something. Idk actually balancing things is tricky and then balancing may not even be needed because requiring something like having others know could end up being taken too far and put the clan members at a disadvantage which wouldnt be fair to them either.

Back in the day I remember when the C&A threads were used for the right reasons.
Catching multis and genuine secret diplomacy... IE finding a wall comment about a game on someones profile.

But the thread has become a place of activity for trolls ...... (Damn i'm trolling it as I type)

When there is a a new thread opened there is a nucleus of players that love to put their 2 cents worth in on a case that they have diddly squat knowledge on they just like to be heard. ( everyone knows who I'm referring to and it is more than one player)

Back then only the players involved in said game or had played games against the accused were the only ones who generally replied to the OP.... now it seems its open season here.
I think it has become damaging to the game and the site in general when players continue to bicker in these threads or try and generate false threads against those whose opinions or game play they dislike.

I dont feel the need to comment on this particular case as it has all been said by the trolls... can it be locked or a decision made quickly to prevent the trolling.

And for the future could I suggest that once a new C&A thread is made it gets locked down after say 36 hours to limit the trolling and allow the Mods to do their job with out having to cut through all the opinionated BS.

when was "back then"? i clearly remember C&A being the same since the first year i joined, right on up until today. you have a little over a 1K posts, which shows a pretty normal of forum usage, so i'm just wondering when this was. you joined 2 years after me, which was the heyday of the forums and intense activity. so, i kind of think you are making this up or remembering things incorrectly. good luck with this rewriting of CC history that only you remember...

and again, i have argued before and argued in this thread that CLAN MEMBERS playing non team games, should have to announce it in game chat (obviously in multi team games, too)... thanks...-Bj
