I beat this loser once in the USA map and in the next match he stopped taking his turns once things started to go wrong with him. I saw him taking turns against other players in other boards but not in the one that we were playing. Blocking one of my slots (have four only as you know). I later checked with his ratings and have seen that he has done this many times before. Such a pathetic loser.

Sorry for missed turns. Sometimes life just gets in the way.

The added factor here was that Lost Warrior was highly abusive (verbally). That did not lead me to missing turns, but did mean that I did not rush to complete the game. There's nothing that says we have to tackle games in the order in which they appear in Central Command. It is not my concern that he does not pay for a subscription - though he has that option if he wants to play more games.

As far as I am aware, this complaint is all I'm being judged on. Most of the time I have appeared on C&A forum in the past was when I had been reporting other players!!!

My intention is always to take turns within the 24-hour time slot - but sometimes other aspects of life can unfortunately interrupt my play.

If anyone with the lowest level of understanding goes through the pattern that he followed to play this game, it would be clear that he intentionally blocked my slot after I defeated him in one game and was at the upper hand in the next. Every time he took his turn in the 24th hour of the game just to linger it. These are nasty people who should be banned from the game. They pollute the environment.

Your language in the game chat, lost warrior, is just as much concern as what you are accusing Spin over. SO, if you are gonna say "These are nasty people who should be banned from the game. They pollute the environment", you are in the same category of "nasty people" on this site. This is a friendly place where people build bonds over the intense game of risk, not somewhere to let your lid loose.

Well I guess you should have checked the other game that I played with him as well and you would know who started it first. And once I realized that he is intentionally delaying his turns, I got pissed. I had good reasons to lash at him. Well if you don't see that, it is your problem. You can check this guy's ratings. This is not the first time he did this thing. So maybe you should not encourage him.

Not talking about this case in particular since I haven't looked into the accused nor the games submitted, but reading the comments here.

Intentionally "delaying turns" is very different than intentional deadbeating.
Delaying turns (and even missing turns) might suck but the rules allow the time.
Intentionally deadbeating is against the rules, which is totally different than being delayed.
Holding hostage is not waiting until the last moment to take turns, that's when the game is over and you are dropping and ending and not making the final eliminations etc, again different than just letting time get low.

Well, it looks like The Lost Warrior is attempting to cover his tracks. He's removed his shitpost from the game (which he was not playing in!!), but for anyone interested The Lost Warrior wrote the following, presumably addressed at Gladdan, who was my opponent in the game:

Doctor Spin, I think it is you who is trying to draw attention away from your ill doings by mentioning about comments in other games by lost warrior. i go and check your ratings and what comments you yourself made in different forum posts and in PM, clear that you are an abuser. you should be ashamed that you not recognize your mistakes.

First, for those who feel they have been wronged, trolling into that person's games is just putting yourself into a bad light. Trolling them in games you are not a part of is not condoned nor an acceptable practice regardless of whatever rightful or vindictive reasons you think that person deserves to have. What happens between you and another player is your own business. Let the other players enjoy their own games and let us deal with your issue.

So in summary this is about a game where one player intentionally missed or didn't take his turns and presumably was made aware of the report.

If you have the chance to take your turn on a game, rather than delaying it, why not take your turn at that time? If it comes to the point that you will actually miss your turn while it shows that you were able to take turns to your other games at the time, then there is no one to blame for this irresponsibility but yourself. Also, considering the circumstances surrounding this, it further shows how maliciously you missed your turns for this game. I will note this report as an act of intentional missing of turns against a non-premium player. This may not be a severe case right now but I would hope that there will be no more similar reports like this. It's ridiculous and this would have been avoided if you simply took your turns.

The turns he took were 2+ hours before the ones that were missed.
Sometimes you don't have time to take all your turns at once, and plan to come back and take them later. Sometimes unexpectedly you aren't able to get back.

Example from my personal experience:
Noon I take a few turns during my lunch break. I have a fixed amount of time to take turns. Now I'm off work @ 330, but might have a game due in 4 hours.
I don't take it bcuz I don't have enough time on my lunch but I know I'm still able to do so after work under normal circumstances.
Go back to work, an issue occurs and I work late. Unavoidable miss even tho I was able to successfully take turns several hours prior.
