I am sure we did and may still have members of the Taliban as members and I am sure they are offended by patriotic American usernames, should we ban them all too. It is a case of, this is a war gaming site and we all need to be thicker skinned.

Apologies to ES for driving this off topic.

Do you feel that this site's community should include the Taliban, Nazis, etc.., knowing that accepting such hate groups as sanctioned offends and repels others?

Of course, you are being a bit misleading though, asking for a change in username is not a request for a ban.

Asking for people to grow a thicker skin over the issue of the Confederacy seems like you might need to reconsider your understanding of skin colour and the role it played in the racist Confederate States.

Asking for a thicker skin over the Nazis? I just will never find them acceptable.

You've been a poster here longer than me. Why did you think black history month was important only recently?

Your argument cuts both ways, Owen, and of course I already posted my earlier objectiion to his username above.

Believe it or not, I've not been tracking him since he started posting.

I know some Australian Aboriginals who take offense to the term BLACK History month.

Just for you i will bring it back into perspective

What about The Dukes of Hazzard? Word wide audience in its day and a BIG flag that you find so offensive on the roof.. But why was it accepted?

Three posts in a row? And a move?

It's almost as if you find the discussion uncomfortable.

not at all, But the DISCUSSION does not belong here it belongs in CC discussion (formerly general discussion) However you are only going off at what the rest of the world considers a small civil war and I pointed out the majority of your country moved past it many years ago, and now you are deflecting
