When does the Coliseum Map become available?

Curious, if Coliseum map is a once a year event?

You can play a BR on the Colosseum map once every 30 days. It's the regular "Battle Royale" link on your left-side menu:
https://www.conquerclub.com/player.php?mode=br

In addition, there may be additional Colosseum games this week for the CC10 Birthday Bash.

It is never open for general game creation. It's always just for Battle Royales.
