Where is it written on the first post that this is a auto tournament? Because I am for now on trying to stay away from this kind a tournament.
We've been auto joined in 5 games. In other auto tournament I participate we receive an email telling us that we've got new games. Here we didn't. If you could tell us when the game are sent for the next rounds that would be awesome.

Notice above post - next games were sent out

I am using the same tools to send out games that are used in the auto tournament but it isn't an auto tournament as I have to manually change players who were eliminated, rounds, setup games, etc. Since it is not an auto tournament emails aren't sent out. The nice thing about this is I don't have to keep resending invites to players who won't accept for whatever reason. If someone needs to drop out then I would need to be pm'd this information.

Were you not going to accept your invites if they were sent manually?

I would definitely have accepted my invitation if it were sent manually.
But I would have known I was playing a new game, because I never go on the ongoing tournament part of the forum.

And my problem with auto joined game is that you may auto join people that left the site as I said here

But thanks for the clarification, I still think you should have mentionned it in the OP that the game would be autojoined rather than invitation. I may have joined anyway but I would have know I should check this topic to know when next game come out.
