When creating games, I would propose that a game creator be allowed to put a scheduled start time. I can think of various issues that would need to be discussed. I'm going to try to keep this OP simple though, because it is my contention that this would overall be a value to players on this site.
Benefits
- A person that wants to play a speed game can try to schedule it out and not have to stay glued to his/her computer.
- Sometimes, the speed game alert malfunctions and players miss turns or forfeit entire games. With scheduled games, a player can simply check whether the game has been filled and play or not play at his/her convenience.
- For all games (not just speed); players can join and know when a game begins. They don't have to 'wait out' their opponent in an attempt to get a look in fog games.
