Concise description:
- Today, all maps have one thing in common: unless you select the no spoils option, if you successfully assault any territory you get a spoil. My proposal is to assign to only some few territories of a map the possibility of giving a spoil if conquered, instead of all of them.
Specifics/Details:
- My idea is to place a marker on the XML of the territories that we want NOT to give spoils at any GP configuration.
- That would allow some specific territories we want to follow the GP selected by the game creator, while others would just be sort of useless
- This is only to be applied on some minor number of special maps after it is implemented, not interfering in the ones that are already in use
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- Will give more options for mapmaking
- Could be a relief for people under a HUGE map with trench (never ending games), since they would be forced to move to certain spaces for a better chance to win.
