Things forbidden in the war & Misc Notes - No Manual Deploy - No Freestyle - No Nukes or Zombie - No Unlimited Reinforcements - Maps Excluded (Beta & Hive) - Trench is allowed but no more than 6 games per clan, must have 30 round limit and must be played in the 1st set of games - 12 hour fog rule in place. If violated, the clan must reveal what move was made and status of previously visible terits. - max 16 games for any player

And to add insult to injury their second player took his turn without saying anything too
Potentially made quite a difference, given that we are currently excluded from a large bonus area. No idea if they have it or not. Isn't the normal punishment a forfeiture?

We didn't actually go down the route of what would happen if the agreement was breached and move not disclosed, there is one game that I know of where we also played instantly so effectively 1-1 in not respecting the gentlemen's agreement.
If nothing else works, a total pig-headed unwillingness to look facts in the face will see us through
